Good cooperation and fast delivery.

I highly recommend N&C Tiles and Bathrooms - Stevenage! We searched everywhere for a tile to match our existing ones with no luck. Thankfully, their sales team went above and beyond to find us a perfect match and helped us place our order. When our project was nearing completion, we realized we were just one tile short. Instead of making us wait for a new order, they generously gave us their showroom display tile, allowing us to finish the job right on schedule. Outstanding customer service!

Didn't get my correct order in first instance, but the member of the web team sorted it . But it is a little disturbing to read on their web home page referencing "don't not book your contractor till you've received your order and being all correct " ...! and when your order does come ITS WRONG ..! What it says on the tin becomes worrying, but they did sort mine out in the end .so thanks .

Emma has been fantastic keeping us updated with the tiles we wanted. My husband has a trade account and says she is the best customer service manager and always goes that extra mile.

My wife and myself called into the Cardiff branch in April and was met by Karl.
We explained what the project was and Karl explained the various tiles available and supplied samples for us to take away.
We returned in May and made sure that we were dealt with Karl again. He is so helpful and knowledgeable, and we made our purchase. Delivery was included and the order will be held until needed. We would definitely return to N & C and look for Karl.

The in-store experience was excellent. The delivery driver was excellent. I placed the order online and got immediate confirmation but there was never actually a dispatch email or any kind of notification the items were enroute. Twice the driver turned up at the door and I luckily happened to be in.

Terrible service.
We are still waiting on our replacement tiles to be delivered. The issue here is not that they arrived broken, it is that there has been zero urgency in sending out replacements. I have had to call on several occasions to chase, each time being left with no update or answers to our queries, and on three occasions being promised delivery of the next day which has not happened. Two advisers have informed us that they can view the process but have no answers to what is happening. I am waiting on one last attempt to resolve this by tomorrow if not I will be taking this further as we have now faced loss of earnings with this project after waiting on the broken tiles to be replaced.

5 stars. What a positive experience I had in store. Romford branch. A lady named Emma, who specialises in the paint section, really did go above and beyond. She helped me decide on colours, types of paint etc. Nothing was too much, and she had so much patience with me. She is amazing. Thank you Emma!
