Pathetic service, pathetic phone which did not work
We bought a iPhone 7 for our daughter for Xmas.
The sound did not work. We tried over a period of over 6 weeks to sort out the phone .. they asked us to do try things ourselves i.e. troubleshoot, they did not work, then they asked us to take a photo of the phone to ensure there was no damage, they then requested we video us doing what the requested ... then could not upload our video - their web site did not work
Hours of time wasted ... they refused the replace the phone ..

The Handy was a used one
The Handy was a used one, well known when I bought it. The surface had a little scratch - ok. The battery could be better, more capacity but - ok. The delivery was too Long - maybe because of forwarding Agent or customs. Last but not least when I wrote an Email - the answer was not satisfying and not just in time.

My volume buttons were really loose and now one of them is stuck and my sister bought a phone, and she took it to apple cause it was acting up and the said it was a dud and it looks like it was supposed to be sent for parts, terrible job at refurbishing and will never buy from here agaiin

Happy with phone in general, however cannot connect to all Bluetooth devices. Car sync all good but stereo system no go. Have been through all settings with no success.

Problems with the battery iphone 6s two months of use.
The experience in buying the iPhone 6s was good. However, the phone has problems with the battery, its operation is incorrect and affects the performance of the device. I do not understand why this fault is not included in the warranty. The use of the cell phone has been only two months.

Absolute rubbish product
The refurbished iPhone purchased was absolute rubbish, had problems with battery life, screen needed replacing and sound HD issues. We received no response to enquiries about warranty work. We kept the phone for about six months and had to replace with another phone from another supplier. Very unhappy
