Received rather quick after purchase. Best conditions/quality of the cellphone. All in all very satisfied! Would do it again!

Really bad experience. Phone had glitches- no way to return it - only bought cause it was AU but in was shipped from China? - no customer support. Purposely run around in circles so as I would just give up. 20 seconds to order and no exaggeration 20 hours online trying to get it returned..After 3 weeks I was asked the exact same question that I was ask previously. Complete waste of time with nothing to show. Was my sons money box he opened for this and$200 out of pocket. Oh they did after 6 weeks offer for me to return it but wanted me to pay postage- we’ll wouldn’t do it - no way .!! Beware - someone has dedicated a YouTube clip to them - check it out just write in NDBD

Great phone, really happy can’t even tell is refurbished. Highly recommend

Initially, the phones arrived rather quickly, they both appeared in ‘as new’ condition. ( I bought 2 iPhone 5c’s).Rather early on on one of the phones had troubles - it was hard to hear callers voices. Other than that it worked for almost a year but now has a problem with the centre row of the keyboard( it doesn’t work), making it impossible to use, not only does that affect texting, it affects all the passwords too! So I guess it’s luck of the draw what you get. One was good , one wasn’t very good at all. They were the cheapest I could find online but I don’t think I would purchase from this company again as I would be concerned that it would happen again. Sorry.

The ordering system was fine however the product we received is suboptimal. The phone battery has poor life, often the microphone cuts out when on the phone. You can certainly tell the product is not new but I never expected it to be so faulty.

I don’t trust that these are genuine iPhones. I had my screen replaced and the man doing so told me the inside of my phone was not of an Apple and that it was very clearly a fake. The camera on my 6 is grainy and unclear especially when compared to my sisters phone of the exact same generation. Can you please explain this?

Phone arrived promptly but was of very poor quality. Replacement screen that was a poor fit. Terrible reception and a battery that was very worn (approximately 50%). Asked for replacement but told battery wasn’t covered by warranty.

When it arrived, the phone worked perfectly, it was like new. Delivery was quick and no problems setting up the phone. Unfortunately, a few months later the battery exploded. I contacted customer service to see if this could be replaced under warranty, as I couldn't just send it back - the post office would not accept a phone with battery damage. Never received a reply. So had to buy a new phone elsewhere. Out of pocket by a considerable amount!

I bought this phone for my daughter.everything is great except the wifi has issues connecting anywhere unless she's right next to a connection.

Ordered phone it never came can't get a refund. Don't answer phones or emails. Would not recommend this company steer clear.

I ordered an iPhone se and although it took longer than the stated delivery time, I received the phone and it was exactly what I wanted. Cheap prices, cheap service, if you don't trust them, buy from somebody else and pay the extra.

no goods and 400 euros lost !!! Fraudsters !!!

Ordered iPhone 11/12/17. Cancelled the order 14/12/17 due to delay in being processed. Was informed I would receive a full refund within 10 days. 9/1/18 and I have stil not received a refund. They are near impossible to get in touch with. Occasionally after hours of waiting you get someone on the web chat and the replies just seem like they are fobbing you off with “ will will look into this and we will get back to you” and they never do.

If and when I receive a refund I shall update this review

Advertised a phantom 3 DJI drone for a good price. Never turned up and instead 3 weeks later got an email saying they had no stock and my only option was to choose another product in their store. I needed that type specifically so i have asked for a full refund instead. still waiting to hear back. very dissapointed. feels like a scam as the product is still listed on their website!

Order number 530-3072 I cancelled this order within minutes of placing it the money was taken from my account a day or two later I received 2 emails stating that the order was cancelled and I would receive a refund but to date that has not happened I have emailed constantly and am receiving no reply. I held on the phone for 20 minutes yesterday to be told I was first in que and then cut off after the 20 minutes. This is disgraceful customer service. Seen as how you are able to reply to your fantastic reviews here maybe you’ll start addressing the customers who have not received there refund. This is on going since the 15th December I would like my refund processed immediately. Also maybe if you started dealing with your customers you wouldn’t have such a large volume of complaints to get through.

They scammed me as well I suppose.
Ordered iPhone 6s as Xmas gift on 21st dec and it has arrived yet. Just got an auto generated mail explaining the delay
Apart from that I m not getting any response.
Has anyone ever received from them?

How is this company allowed to operate??
Just a complete thieving scamming disgrace I ordered an iPhone 6 from them for my grandson for Christmas, waited two weeks for delivery, delivery promised within 6-8 days, and then cancelled the order no 530-2729. I emailed straight away for an refund and got a generic reply that it was pending. I emailed again and was told it takes 10 working days for a refund. That was the 11th December and it is now the 4th of January. Now they are just ignoring my emails. What an absolute disgrace that this is allowed to continue in this day and age!! It's a real lesson for the future to check reviews before purchasing anything on line!!!!

Update 21/01/18

I contacted my bank and sent them in all the necessary documents , detailing my communication and emails and their lack of same and got them to start a "Chargeback" from this scam of a company. It worked and I was reimbursed on Friday 19th. I would advise all victims of this blatant scam to communicate with their respective banks ASAP.

THIS COMPANY IS OUTSTANDING. delivery and service are exempraly.
Day 1 I placed my order at approx.10.30 am. It was immediately confirmed.
Day 3 My order was received at approx. 11.50 am. It was exactly as advertised. Simply excellent condition. Unfortunately I could not get to grips with this phone so I returned it and the very next day I received my money back. CAN ANYONE BETTER THAT.
