I purchased a topiary bush and a planter. The planter was nice. The topiary was missing leaves and you could see the plastic attachments underneath. I emailed and asked if they could send fill-in leaves (as I had seen on sites). They said they were unable to do so and merely apologized for the defect. They offered nothing to make it right (no fill-in leaves, no exchange or return, no monetary discount). I reviewed the bush on their site and they have not published the review.

I have had mixed experiences at Nearly Natural. I have purchased quite a few plants and trees. Some have been nice while others have had issues that I gave up on trying to fix. So, good and bad on the purchases, but when I tried to leave a negative review, they just kept saying they needed more information. I have left reviews before and they did not require images. Some I have included with images and others not. I purchased an expensive set of white tulips that over a couple of months turned yellow. The yellow was not a pleasing shade of yellow. I wondered why there weren't many reviews on the site. I was contacted saying they asked for more information. I don't know what more information they wanted as they didn't let me know what they wanted. It appears that Nearly Natural doesn't post negative reviews.

Personally, I rely on site reviews as the merchandise is expensive. It is a hassle to return items also. It feels deceptive and not consumer friendly to me.

Rip off!!! I ordered 4 Christmas items and only received 3 of them (was sent odd fall item as 4th item and then told item I wanted was sold out)
The Poinsettia does not look 'natural' and I compared to one I purchased for 1/4 of the cost at local craft store. The local craft store one is more full and natural looking. Don't waste your money on these 'nearly natural' items...they are anything but.

I purchased a pre-lit birch tree from this company through HOUZZ in October to be used as a holiday display. I opened the box the box in late November and discovered that the tree does not fully light and the attachment to the base is flimsy and insecure.... A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Unfortunately, I reported this to HOUZZ past their 30-day return policy and they will not make an exception for return or credit. As a consumer, I believe Nearly Natural needs to either be held accountable for the poor quality of this product or to GO OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just got my 6.5 foot golden palm. Supposed to be silk, but completely plastic! And dollar store plastic quality at that. $75 WASTED! No instructions on whether I could bend leaves to shape so I took a chance. One broke off. Abysmal cheap looking! No phone # listed for customer service, but from what I read, there really is no customer service.

I purchased over $1000 worth of 5ft. bay trees less than one year ago because they were advertised as being able to be outdoors and sun resistant to fading. I pick up nearly 35 leaves off the ground every week of discolored green leaves that have fallen off the plant because they cannot take Texas heat and the adhesive fails on the stalk. When reaching out to the company, they said I surpassed my 30 day window and refused to help out in the situation except for a discount on my next purchase which will absolutely not happen. Would not recommend this company.

I hardly want to give this one star at all. The products are CHEAP looking and the return policy is a joke. I ordered 2 sets of faux limes. They were horrible. When I attempted to return them, they wouldn't accept them because they were on sale. I believe that they assign an expensive price to the items and then "mark them down" to a price that is still outrageous for the quality. My next review is to Amazon because they shouldn't sell this company's products EVER.

The items are really poor quality, don't look like the photos, are really cheap and fall apart, and colors are really fake looking. Their customer service is aweful. They make returns very very complex and then intentionally delay to get you the return authorization so that the return window is closed and then they refuse to help you. This business should be shut down.

Great looking fake plants, fast shipping, and good customer service. I had an issue with my order and they quickly went above and beyond my request to fix.
I will be using them again.

Giving 3 stars because I just placed an order but was very disappointed they don’t give the option of a gift card. I emailed after the order was submitted for them to add and they wouldn’t. I asked how the recipient would know who it is from and was told they’d have to call in and give order number. I will have to wait and see about the delivery.

I cancelled my order within 25 min after submitting, it was Sunday evening and Monday was Presidents Day! I received a response from Rene on Tuesday. I was told by Rene that she couldn't cancel due to product is already being shipped - how is that possible. I have yet to receive my merchandise and here we are February 28, 2024. It gets better - They delivered to address that we haven't lived in for almost a year! Informed them that they had a glitch in their system but they informed me that I'm the one that typed the old address. How could that be possible? I'll continue writing a review to let new/old customer know not to order directly from Nearly Natural site. Some of their products are very cheap looking. I've ordered from them three times and was pleased, however, isn't it amazing how they had my new address! Order from Amazon, Home Depot or other places that will take your merchandise back.

I purchased a 6’ palm and it looks like plastic. The quality is absolutely horrible. Save your money.

This is the biggest rip off. I placed a first time order for two items. Ferns and twigs in a basket and tulips in a glass globe. First let me say I had high hopes and I wanted to support made in America. Now, these plants were so fake looking and tattered. I’ve ordered faux flowers and plants before and they came beautiful. These were tiny and just a hot mess. Plus they were over $60 apiece. I was tempted to return them but it would have cost me more time and money to do it. I just chalked it up lesson learned and they are off my list. All their items have five star ratings because they control what rating get posted. Steer clear.

I ordered the 3’ olive tree from their site and it was a disaster from start to finish. I never got a confirmation email and customer service could not find my order (until I showed them proof they charged my credit card). The tree finally arrived and did not look like the picture. Online it’s full but mine looked like a Charlie’s Brown version. I emailed them and they told me to try to “fluff it up” and sent me a video with instructions and a link if I wanted to return it. I returned it (what a hassle their return process is) and am out the $8 shipping cost as they don’t refund that. They didn’t even try to make it right for me. Don’t waste your money on buying from them.

I sent numerous emails and never received an answer about bush branches falling off. This was my second order from the company. My last Bush have branches falling off. The company does not use phone service just emails. Am so frustrated.

You can get the same quality of fake plants and trees from target or hobby lobby. Customer service is woeful and rude. Ordered one tree and one plant. They sent out the total wrong order and would only send me the correct order once I printed the return slip, went to the post office and sent the original wrong order back. Time that I didn’t plan on wasting for their mistake. Didn’t get an apology. They didn’t try to make it right, just made me feel like it was my fault. My order still isn’t complete almost a month later despite returning the incorrect order that THEY sent. Don’t order from here. Quality is average and they LOOK fake.

The box that the tree came in was all beat up and half way opened. The tree itself is a piece of junk and sparse. I returned it after pitching a fit with customer service and had to pay to have UPS pick it up and when they reimbursed me, they kept out shipping. So I was double charged! This company is awful and I would NEVER use them again or recommend them. Buyer beware. These kind of companies should not be in business.

Terrible experience - tree showed up damaged in half a box. UPS took damaged tree away but marked it as delivered. Contact Nearly Natural customer support immediately via email only to receive a response later that night which indicates that they never read any of the details of my experience. Have sent follow ups with no response - forced to work it with CC company and UPS. Don't buy from them - there is no way to contact them if something goes wrong.

Don't trust this company, missing items on each order, and they removed every phone number from their website and social media, so they will keep hiding.
