Received a call back after ending call and the agent knew who I was! I understand that my number wasnt withheld but many places will ignore it and you have to call back yourself

Thank you for the chance to review my dealings with Nectr! I was exceptionally to be able to deal with Rajvi, recommended highly by my friend Lindsay Somerville! I am a war baby - ie born during WW2 - so I'm not the smartest tool in the box! But Rajvi was very patient and extremely helpful and guided me through my application to join Nectr. I'm not sure if I would've been able to join without her help and support!

So please thank her very much for all her assistance and patience!

Excellent customer service! Saving at lease $10-$15 a month on electricity with nectr.

No long phone cues. Helpful, friendly and easy to understand staff who are able to answer questions without being placed on long and drawn out hold delays.

I signed up with a lovely girl called Khili (such an unusual name I love it)! I normally never speak to people when they come to my door however, she was very kind, funny and knew exactly what she was talking about. I’m very excited to start saving money with nectr and they’re environmentally friendly aswell - bonus!! Khili is a great assets for your team :)

Love that I am speaking to someone in Australia who speaks English and is clear to understand and that if I ever need anything I always hear back straight away.

Our plan looks amazing on paper however in reality the bills are based on guess work and ‘historical’ data which means they are inaccurate and you will be lumped with an extraordinarily high bill and will be expected to pay within the same 10 days period should your use over the quarter be higher than usual instead of it being spread over the three monthly payments as suggested to us upon signing up. Really disappointed with the customer service in regards to our huge bill. Shifting the blame to Endeavour Energy due to bills being based upon their data is not serving anyone but yourselves. It is unethical to expect people at this time to pay what is usually a bill for one quarter at one time with no warning. Absolutely unethical. There are people out there who would not be able to sort this out yet Nectr will happily direct debit them leaving them without food money for their family. We are blessed to not be in that position however the unethical behaviour of Nectr when they seemed so great at the start has been extremely disappointing.
