Needen is fast, Canadian and has competitive prices, plus good selection. Customer service from Adiel was exceptional, prompt and courteous!

There was a small error with my order and Adiel was super to work with. I highly recommend Wordans, and really appreciate their customer service. Will continue to shop here and refer all my friends!

Today I called looking for help because I didn’t receive confirmation of my order. Adiel Looked into it and it was my error, I entered the wrong email. He was quick to figure out what went wrong and he assured me that he updated my profile to show the right email. He then resent the email to the correct updated email:)

I had a wonderful experience with the customer service team, specifically Mig. I received a sweater in the mail and it was damaged. I emailed the team right away and I got a response very quickly. They sent me a sweater within a few days. I am very impressed with their return policy and thank you again Mig for making this experience great!

I order frequently from here and Ross was fantastic! I had several damaged items and be was able to get them shipped out to me the same day. Not happy with the face that I constantly receive items that are damaged BUT definitely happy with the way Ross handled everything!
