My experience was good because they resolved my problem immediately when I called. They also answered my call right away, which is exactly what every customer needs.
Really disappointed in this whole carry on especially having to leave reviews or else I will not be refunded!!! All round sad experience right from the start it was not what I was lead to believe!!!
