Is is really Normal or fair to keep…

Is is really Normal or fair to keep someone payment for almost nine months??this is getting out of control we are almost 2024 and 2023 debts aren't paid is it really guaranteed that we are going to be paid?I wonder when did 2 weeks came and be almost an year.such a disappointing and is it possible that there no technical errors when it comes to sending jobs but it comes when paying.Such a disappointment am done with you.

They do not pay on time and give the…

They do not pay on time and give the same canned excuse that it is a glitch or they are "working on it." I have been waiting months to be paid and from what i can tell, so have others.
As you see below, it is the same excuse and lies. I want my money. Keep the excuses.
Edited to say this: It is now December 26, 2023 and you still have not paid me and it looks like you haven't paid others and giving everyone the same lies and excuses. You are now being reported to the BBB and I advise everyone else to do so.

No payment to date

I spent hours diligently completing over 500 tasks in total, months ago. In those hours, I could have done some work for other companies that value commitment to those who provide them with services, but I trusted Neevo with my time. Neevo does not understand the hardships freelancers face. We do these types of jobs so we can make ends meet. To them, these might be small amounts, but for some of us, this small change goes a long way. There is no commitment or communication regarding when the so-called payment issues will be resolved. How can so many people complain about their payments when all you do is constantly send a generic reply? This is so wrong and unfair to those who spend their time helping you make money as a company.

NO PAYMENT:I have been waiting for my payments for June (500 tasks), August (1000 tasks) and September (5000 tasks). Same as all the other reviewers, all I receive is copy&paste message saying they have a payment problem. What kind of company has a payment problem for such a long time? I will not participate in the jobs with Neevo anymore, and I will not give up waiting for my entitled payment.

No Pay/Slow Pay/Rejected Work

It took them four months to pay me on a job a couple years ago, after daily emails I was finally paid. I then completed the first half of a two part job, then the second half of the job became unavailable so I was paid for none of it. Fast forward to 10/25/2023. I was invited by email to take part in another job. The job was 2500 tasks. I took a test prior to starting the job and passed it. I then went on to complete 2419/2500 tasks which took me 4+ hours. I went on their site and checked this morning and found my work was rejected so no pay. Let my experience be a lesson to you I should have never went back This is a terrible company DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!

Neevo will NEVER pay you

Neevo state that they will pay for work completed with 2 weeks.
I did some work for them in August 2023 and am still waiting for payment.
They claim that there is an issue with their payment system, but offer no details as to what it is, nor when it will be fixed.
Having read the replies to several similar reviews on here, I have no doubt that this will receive the exact same cut and paste response, with no attempt to address the issues.
AVOID Neevo at all costs. They are currently scamming their workers and seem to have no intention of ever paying out.
Correct me if I am wrong Neevo - admit what the issue is and give a date when we will be paid, here in public!
EDIT: following the reply of yet another stock response with no detail as to what the issue is nor when payment will be made, the initial review stands. I do not believe that I will ever be paid for the work I have done for them this year.

Is this how neevo really operate or what because I can't understand why I did a job for them on may and still haven't gotten my pay.I read the articles and saw they pay in 2 weeks and I was astonished that I haven't been paid.I went and asked about my payment only to be told things to do with payments system and I remember 4 months ago I heard my friends talking about that issue so I was wondering is its even possible neevo to take that long to sort their payment system I think if they were really serious they are at a point of sorting that issue within seconds.I don't think neevo has a problem with payments I guess they don't pay because it's not normal for things to do with payments for 5 months it's not really adding up,am a new member and am already fed up by them,I would not recommend anyone to work for them.funny enough they are continuing sending jobs meaning we continue working for them and yet no pay.I Normally see that mail job and just laugh I cant do without seeing my pay.This company should do something very urgent before their workers run away and they lack people to complete the tasks.Pay us if you are not paying just tell us we focus on other things we better forget rather than been given one response for 4 months .You actually deserve zero stars for sure because it's sickening,so unprofessional.

No pay!

EDIT - easily the WORST company I have ever had dealings with. Even after not paying me for the work i've already spent many hours completing and offering no proper explanation over why (im not buying that it's a payment processing problem that lasts months and months - my 70 year old gran can send a payment via paypal) they now have the nerve to continue sending my more work!!! There is no warning over the payment problems included in the work they are sending out and no mention of it on their website. How can a company get away with being so underhand and deceitful!? It's impossible to get into any sort of meaningful or useful conversation with them as they just spout the same cut and paste nonsense they respond with on here. If anything they seem offended that you dare to question them over where your money is and what the real reason is they are not paying people. UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEING TREATED LIKE A MUG AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Signed up to this site a few months ago and got my first invitation to a job shortly after. I completed a few jobs (spending many hours doing them) and after reading up on the site expected to receive payment for the jobs within about 2 weeks of them closing. Two weeks passed and no payment so I decided to do a bit of research and it appears that people have been waiting months and months for payments. After reading some reviews on here and reading on social media it appears that Neevo are claiming there is a problem processing payments! Now i have had problems before on sites that were struggling to process payments but these problems were always quickly resolved, usually within hours or days at most. I'm not buying that a payment processing problem can't be fixed after months and months! And surely if this is the case then they should not be continuing to send jobs out to people knowing full well that they have no way of paying them!!! At the very least they should make people aware of the fact before they agree to do all that work for them! Something just feels off and very deceitful about the whole thing. I notice in a recent review someone says they have been paid and yet in a response after this Neevo still claims to not be able to process payments! So which is it!? I have no doubt Neevo will respond to this with the same generic response they have been peddling out for months. Surely your hardworking and dedicated workers deserve a full and honest explanation now as to what is really going on. You cannot continue to treat people like this and fob them off with nonsense about processing payments all the while sending more jobs out and sucking more people into this mess! If you have any integrity, I and all your other loyal workers await a full and honest response.

You will not be paid

You will not be paid. Don't fall for it. If you ask for an update on payment you are met with the same copy & paste reply of them having technical issues around payment and please be patient. Honestly, it's such a scam, I'm so annoyed. I've still not been paid for hours of work I did back in August - payment is supposed to be within 2 weeks!

They never pay

First, they sent me a message that my work quality was great, and then after completing the job, and several hours, they said that my work didn't meet the quality standard so I was not going to be paid, without showing any correction or giving me any counter feedback option, this is not a transparent way to work with people. Absolute scam artists

Absolute scam artists. I had been with Neevo for almost 2 years I believe, and everything was going fine and I had a good relationship going with them, if I had a problem, all I had to do is email them and it was usually taken care of right away . I was getting paid, sometimes a little bit later than I wanted to be, but I was still getting paid none the less. so I have no problems there. then all the sudden I couldn't access any tasks. And again, I will repeat, I was with them almost 2 years, I had a great track record with them. I keep emailing them and trying to find out why I have no tasks, this went on for over a month, them just blatantly not responding to my emails inquiring as to why I could not access any tasks. They literally just ghosted me. Finally after I was getting more and more persistent and I can be quite persistent, trust me, Finally, somebody emailed me back to let me know that I had been completely banned from the site for violating their terms, (which terms? I do not know, they would not tell me what I did wrong). But they did tell me that the couple hundred dollars worth of tasks that I was still waiting to get paid on would not be paid to me because I was then banned, and that meant that they owed me nothing . Nice, huh? I don't know what the hell I did, I kept asking, they just kept saying that they had no obligation to tell me why I was banned but they had a right to ban anyone they wanted for any reason whatsoever. It wasn't that I was denying what I was being accused of, if I knew what I was being accused of. I said to them that I might have accidentally done something that violated their terms, and if I did it was a complete accident because I needed that job and I would never try to be shady. I begged them to reconsider and to let me try to correct whatever mistake I made because I needed that job so bad. I remember at one point I was in tears, I was about to be kicked out of my apartment, it was all bad, it was all bad and it's still bad. Anyway I got an email back from them saying that they didn't really care, and that it was nice knowing me, and that I was banned and they didn't have to explain why. And I was not going to get paid for anything. And it was super rude, I mean it was so rude, and so angry and so mean, that I considered getting a lawyer but unfortunately my life was falling apart and I didn't have the time or money or energy to do such a thing. I still have every single email though, so if anybody here is reading this and wants to see what they're like before they start working for them, I'm be more than happy to share every piece of Correspondence I have with them. and you can see what kind of horrible human beings they are. They ruined my life, and they won't even send me an email back in regards to why I'm still banned over a year later, when other people can get back on the platform. It makes no sense, I did great quality work for them. In fact I've got emails from them praising me , and the work that I did for them . Which makes this even more so a bizarre thing. The best I can come up with, between myself and other people who have gone through the same situation, (which is, by the way, a very common problem with neevo, being banned for no reason whatsoever) the one thing we all have in common is that we were all owed a substantial amount of money for specific tasks , and we've all come to the conclusion that this is neevos way of not paying people for certain things and legally getting away with it .see, by Banning us, they legally do not have to pay what they owe. I think the simple reason for them not wanting to pay us for certain things is that they themselves have not been paid by these particular clients for whatever reason. And if they don't get paid, we don't get paid. But instead of just being honest about that fact they think it's easier to ban people and just not pay them and not explain why. Not explain that they have no backbone and that they do not have their minimum wage earning employees best interests ahead of their rich clients.

This is absolutely unacceptable

This is absolutely unacceptable, reviewing the work you did takes over a year.

Also I was unable to change the connected Emailadress. This has been possible at every other platform for literal decades. Here the only possibility is to create a new account, which has to use another Paypal-account. And of course you would have to do the verification for language skills again.

HORRIBLE - SCAMMERS - You work they won't pay

*Update: Neevo replied to my email on July 19th 23, promising to pay within two weeks. Today, August 8th - I was told I will only be paid in 3 weeks.*

You work they won't pay - zero support

I've performed thousands of tasks. Got my first payment of 10 USD. So I continued working on their tasks. They never paid me. I've contacted them via email, they asked me to contact them through the app.
I then tried contacting through the app, but surprise surprise - the chat doesn't work!
