The ceramic top of 24 yr old top oven/grill dropped onto the element def thought it was deceased and would have to replace it but the repair guys from NEFF said in great order replaced the screw which had corroded, great service.
20 mins call in advance of arrival, very personable , efficient.
I think the cooker was probably older the apprentice who attended 🙄

Very disappointing, never again
Unfortunately cannot rate zero stars. I have appliances less than 4 months old. Clearly have a manufacturing fault, NEFF refuse to accept this, asking me to pay at each step. So much for manufacturing warranty. Certainly will not be purchasing anything else from NEFF, nor recommending to anyone else
