Coffee machine
We had an early appointment for our coffee machine,which was not working correctly,time keeping exellent arrived on time and know exactly what the problem was and fixed it in no time at all.The cost of the parts used were very reasonable and advise given . Very friendly and professional service.
Very friendly in booking and an engineer attended reasonably quickly and sorted the fault with a software update. Generally a NEFF fan and this microwave is really good in use however this is the second issue I’ve had with this microwave albeit sorted quickly and hopefully the last issue. I remain a keen user of NEFF cooking products and happily recommend.

I paid £109 for an engineers visit
I paid £109 for an engineers visit, the recommendation as a repair would be £450 and a new unit at £399, but I would get £50 back if I ordered a new unit
When I looked the reccomended replacement online at it online , it didn't seem right to suit and I then discovered this would have been the wrong model to suit my situation. The correct replacement was £599 so plus the engineers visit £109 plus a fitting cost £50 = £708 less £50 =£658

Expensive fault finding.
Engineer called ahead of visit. Was courteous and efficient in telling me that there was nothing wrong with the oven, the fault was in the wall socket, "hidden" behind the fitted microwave, and I would have to engage an electrician to fix the fault. Was then charged £109 for the call out.
