An excellent company

I found Neibac to be outstanding from my first enquiry to delivery. The best customer service;pricing; both whatsapp & email correspondence;delivery time; and most importantly, the most beautiful piece of modern art that arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition today! I am really happy with my purchase

I am really happy with my purchase. The quality of pictures is exactly how expected, and the delivery (I ordered from Portugal) was reasonably quick. There were two packages in the order, the bigger one arrived a couple of days later than the smaller one, but Ms Viola was answering my questions really quickly, so I did not have any discomfort.
Recommended.

Beautiful artwork and perfect service

The delivery went perfectly, and we were able to hang up the picture the next day. The whole family really loves it — it looks beautiful in our home. Thank you for the great service and the high-quality artwork!

Quality product, and great communication.

I purchased a large framed canvas which had caught my eye, and I have to say, I was impressed with the quality and service from Neibac. Once I had made my purchase, I was kept up to date on its transit from Italy to the UK, and when it finally arrived, I was blown away by the quality of the item. This was my first purchase from Neibac, and I look forward to making more.

Do not buy from this site if you live in the UK

Firstly, you’ll definitely be charged a customs fee that they don’t make you aware of. The site doesn’t translate into English and their customer service is rude and unhelpful. It is disgusting. If you live in England, do not buy anything from this site.

Excellent quality!

The quality of our canvas is excellent, we love it- thank you! Giving 4 stars as it wasn’t clear at check out regarding the customs charges we had to pay. However, the customer service to resolve the issue was excellent and we would be happy to purchase from you again. However, please can you update your delivery info pages to make it clear regarding customs.

Friendly and professional service

Friendly and professional service. I ordered a big printed canvas with painted retouching. It was done in Italy in 10 working days as promised and delivered to USA in 3 days.
Recommended.

Just lovely

I ordered a large print with 3D hand-painted notes.

Pre- and post-sales service was just excellent, so really, congrats on that, guys. Shipping it was very, very fast - much faster than I expected, and the item arrived pretty quickly as well.

The print was of great quality. The canvas was thinner than I'm used to, but still not bad and didn't affect the result. The 3D elements could be more numerous, but they were really nicely done and the effect was absolutely lovely.

Fantastic quality

Fantastic quality, perfect customer service follow up. What else? I get that some people complain about expedition delays but for me it's the price of quality. I'll order again without hesitation and recommand it to everyone

The ordered painting has not been delivered for 7 months.

Red flag for this company - Avoid at all costs!
We ordered a painting in February 2025, and now it’s October 2025 and we still haven’t received it. The store has sent damaged paintings four times, and twice they provided the wrong weight or other incorrect information, which caused the packages to be returned by the postal service before reaching our home. We have requested a refund several times, but Neibac insists on sending the painting again and again, asking for yet another chance. We are now tired of their nonsense and just want our money back, but they have stopped responding.

Buy your paintings elsewhere from a store you can trust. This one is not reliable. We will report the store to European Consumer Centre, Swedish ARN, and contact the bank to request a chargeback.

Neibac = zero reliability, zero accountability.
Choose a store that actually deserves your trust and respects its customers.

Sono arrivati rotti ma questo è un altro discorso: qui, come sempre detto glieli inviamo nuovi a vosto zero.

As you also wrote, the paintings arrived and you received them.
They arrived broken, but that's another story: here, as always, we'll send them to you new at no cost.

Large frame order, great experience

When I read the previous bad reviews, I'm thinking that the company must have addressed most of the issues. My order took less than a week to get to Belgium and I'm very pleased with the result. The quality of the print is good and the framing, though made of light wood does the job. It's gold finish looks stunning. I will order again.

UK Customers stay away!

Avoid This Company – Misleading, Overpriced, and Terrible Customer Service

(1) Not a painting, but a poor-quality print – The website implies it’s a painting, but what I received was a low-resolution print. It looks okay on the website, but once enlarged to 60cm x 60cm, the quality is shockingly bad.

(2) Overpriced – £133 for a poor-quality print is outrageous.

(3) Hidden customs charge – I was hit with an unexpected £40 customs fee on top of the already inflated price.

(4) Terrible customer service – They refused to acknowledge that the website is misleading and the product is substandard.

(5) Refund refused – I requested a refund within 24 hours of receiving the item. After two months of chasing, they still refused outright.

Fellow Brits – avoid this company. It’s misleading, overpriced, and untrustworthy. Don’t waste your money.

I am reporting Neibac to the European Consumer Centre, the UK International Consumer Centre and the Italian Consumer Centre.

Stay away from this company

Bought a picture very expensive got delivered today totally different colour to what’s advertised I’ve sent them a photo of what I ordered to what I’ve received and they disagreed .. joke of a company it’s a poor print on poor canvas with a poor farm
