Extremely poor quality - difficult to return and get a refund

I ordered a "canvas" from these guys. Expecting it to be high quality. The misleading website claims only top notch materials and artisans after all. It has arrived. It is extremely poor quality, if I had a large printer and some cheap pieces of wood I could have made it myself. Low resolution, printed on a piece of thin plastic and stapled to some cheap wood off cuttings.

Now that I want to return they are making it extremely difficult. It's a good job I paid the extremely overpriced 450 euros via credit card as I can enlist the bank to chase them.

Avoid at all costs. These guys are fraudsters.

Absolute Fraud!! don't buy from them!! Run!!

They are a bunch of scammers and thieves. My order took over a year and I never received it and they refused to refund me. I'm suing them and will take them to court. Run!! don't buy from these thieves. They are a fraud!!! They will only take your money.

AVOID
Late shipment, missing products not shipped, products shipped and incomplete, replacement products not sent either. The worst experience that I have ever had online and until I stopped my credit card payments they did not respond to my email. The retouching that they do for €80 per picture is terrible value for money and I ended up buying an oil paint set and did it myself. I spent hours on emails to this company and my credit card issuer. AVOID

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

If I could give minus stars for this shop
I would. Avoid this shop at all costs. It is the worst experience I have ever had buying anything online. I bought a canvas print over a month ago, I keep getting told the same as some other reviewers here that the item is “stuck” in customs. I’ve continually asked for a refund but I have been refused this. Right now I’ve lost my money and received absolutely nothing. I’ve emailed them constantly but keep getting told they care and it is the courier problem and not there’s. I now have to go to through process of trying to get my money back by reporting this as a complete scam company.

TERRIBLE QUALITY.
OFFERED ME AN EXCHANGE - I was happy to accept I thought it's the least they can do and now they asked me to pay the difference!!! THE AUDACITY! so I did and now they wont ship the new art to me!!! uploading my conversation with them to my IG I have 849,000 followers. THIS IS INSANE

UPDATED REVIEW: This store is borderline scam, not trustworthy!

UPDATE on previous feedback: I have received my refund and want to give back some stars, as the products they deliver are still good enough for 4 stars, also the packaging has been great. Nevertheless, the customer service is absolutely a catastrophe, it took 20+ emails to get a refund for the retouching service. Doesn't feel professional and looking at other reviews, I don't seem to be the first, hopefully one of the last. They have received enough feedback from me, so hope they will improve.

This store is borderline scam. We purchased an image and ordered additional retouching service for €80. The image came without retouching, we had to send them all kinds of proof by image and we asked for a refund. They insist on ding the retouching by picking up the image and returning it (the image is 100x200cm large), but we do not have the packaging anymore and it is a hasslesome process. Basically a refund is enough for us, but they insist on not refunding. They are running a simple Shopify store, it is 2 clicks to refund the customer and everyone is happy. I would be very careful to order from this store, as they don't seem very professional and not customer friendly. There are so many more stores out there which offer large prints.
I don't even believe the image will be returned if we send it to them, not trustworthy...

They stole my design

I am extremely dissatisfied with such actions from these insolent people. My store’s poster was completely stolen — you didn’t even bother to change the design in any way. You literally took a screenshot from my mockup and enhanced the quality using AI. What kind of integrity or decency are we even talking about here?!
If you can’t create something original or don’t know how, then just close your store and stop embarrassing yourselves.
A written complaint and notification have already been sent everywhere, and I hope the DMCA will respond faster than you do.

Never received my shipment

Never received my shipment. Didn’t respond to emails until I disputed th charge on my credit card. They keep sending me the wrong tracking info and claim they sent a new shipment to replace the one that is “stuck.” Their customer service feels like I’m talking to a child. Wouldn’t order again.

Firstly Neibac have a great selection…

Firstly Neibac have a great selection of art pieces. I have bought many items from them over the last few months for a large real estate project in London. Their service proved pretty seamless and they follow up each order to make sure all is as expected. Then I accidentally ordered the same piece twice. I sent them an email and they offered to cancel or replace the duplicated item with a different piece which I accepted. No fuss and lots of communication from someone called Viola. I have no hesitation in recommending Neibac as an art supplier. Thank you
