If I could give 0, I would as I ordered my picture on 30th December. It is 17th February now and I still have not received it. I contacted DPD and they could only see the tracking number that had been created but no further information. Sending emails does not work. I messaged them on Instagram and WhatsApp and just got a very brief response that does not answer my question as to where it is or when I will receive it. I am absolutely fuming as it was expensive and I can see from other reviews that if it ever reaches the UK I would have to pay import tax.
Since posting the above I have been asked by Neibac to add more information on my trustpilot review.
I sent another WhatsApp message to them and they sent a response quite quickly "Good morning, I'm truly sorry for the situation and we're awaiting a response from BRT after several reminders. We'll be happy to resend the package, but we need a response from BRT first to proceed as per our company policy. We're doing everything we can for you."
This indicates that they do not know where my package is. I asked for a refund but this is something that they are clearly not considering.
Prior to this reply from Neibac this is what I sent to them.
" I've tried contacting DPD and they cannot see any information about the parcel and suggested that I get a refund from the seller.
As my parcel has either not been sent by yourselves or has gone missing in Italy since leaving your shop and hasn't even left the country please can you refund the full amount to me with immediate effect. I am extremely upset as this was a gift to myself to cheer myself up following the recent death of my beloved mother. Your lack of a service is causing me unnecessary stress and upset at this difficult time.
If I do not get an immediate and appropriate response I will be taking matters further."
I have no further information to add as I either want my picture in the next couple of days or a full refund. I don't know how a large framed picture can go missing.
Chased them up after 2 months waiting for delivery. Then when delivery tracking became available was told I needed to pay £95 import tax. This was not mentioned during initial purchase. This is a scam company.
Purchased 2 pieces. One was large - Approx 75 x 55 inches. After waiting about a month and a half, they sent the incorrect larger piece. They initially replied daily and then after about 5 days in they completely stopped replying. The Italian phone number is never answered despite the website claim that it's always available from 9a-6p (I tried for East Coast US and Italian time zones._ Unable to locate a US contact #. I had to contact my cc company to request a dispute/reverse payment. Unfortunate becuase I wanted to buy more from them but won't risk it.
Terrible! You won't be able to send it back because of the customer made. The quality is far inferior to the advertisement! It looks nothing like the pictures adverted so Don't waste your time and money. I've ordered 7 paintings from them, and they took 3 months to arrive. They sent them in multiple international packages, each with a duty fee of £207. Not only that, the quality was like a Chinese knockoff. The painting was just a big printout… an overpriced poster in cheap material, at £500 each! Absolutely a nightmare. I'm still trying to get my money back, but they don't take their horrible product back. They are scammers, so stay away! Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!!!
I bought a painting from this company and I did not read the small print you have to pay customs. I did not pay the customs and the painting apparently was sent back. I have been in conversation with them since then which was December 2025 it has been ongoing without any kind of help. I've asked them constantly to see what's going on for me. It is difficult because I do not speak the language but I needed this painting for an Interior Design project which I haven't got, I now have completey given up on this company. They have not helped me enough. They do not reply to WhatsApp messages on time. I have messaged them on Instagram and I'm having to repeat myself over and over again even though I take responsibility of not paying the customs I actually thought it was a scam because the sender is not the same as the company name so my recommendation is do not buy from this company buy from the UK if you are looking to buy a canvas or painting

0 Stars but 1 was the lowest. Received a lovely painting after several weeks back and forth in Europe and finally delivered, but with a broken inner frame. Due to the Long waiting time and unusable painting I asked for money back but this was refused by the Company. Don’t buy. Find another Company that gives you your money back if the painting is broken.

Terrible framing, very poor customer service. The canvas print was not fitted into the frame properly, with one corner of print top edge being noticeably lower (by ~7mm) than the other. Poor attention to detail pre shipping. Emailed them to raise this problem but they haven't follow up. Item took 3 weeks to ship to UK and I had to pay import tax as well - consequence of bloody Brexit, but this wasn't explained, thought delivery charges covered all that. Very disappointed because the actual canvas print is RELLY lovely, but I won't buy again from Neibac.

The product I ordered is very nice. Good quality and looks like on the website. I am really very happy with it.
The delivery took some time and the shop was quite slow in answering my questions but now everything is good and I am very happy with my picture.
Pure scam! Iver two months of hassle, not responding to emails or whatsapp! Got back to me when already reported and refunded by the bank! Do not buy from this shop! Horrible experience! Shocking…

I ordered a hand retouched painting.
The quality is horrible! It looked great in their ad but in real live it looks like a cheap print. I wanted to return it, but they don’t take returns if it’s customized. I asked for a discount, because any picture at a cheap discount shop looks the same or even better and cost 50€ at the most. They rejected that too. Do not order from them!!!! This is fraud!!!! A rip off!!!

Worth it ! Nice and good Quality, coulours are Warm and well fitting in my leaving room. A bit long at Christmas season but I just went for a new order for a family gift.
I ordered before Christmas 3 beautyfull paintings, 2 abstract and 1 lady, all 3 also with hand retouche.
All 3 are received in Januari.
To be honest, they are so beautyfull and nice and reall eyecatchers in my house, friends are feeling at the paintings if they are reall painted :-)
Espaccially the hand retouch made them unique, nobody has the same.
I was doubting regarding another one, but I am definitly sure I order the last one, also at Neibacshop.com and also with hand retouch.

The painting we received was of very poor quality. The hand touch element did not worth the money, there were very few brush strokes here and there. The customer service did not allow us to send the painting back and get a refund although we had sent pictures of the very bad printing of the painting. Awaste of money and a dissappointment. I would not recommend it!

I would rate this zero but it’s not possible. Please do yourself a favor and never purchase art from this company. We’ve had a bad experience from the beginning, starting with the delivery timeframe but the frame was broken upon arrival and they have fought us nonstop to refund our purchase - even to the point where they sent some kind of homemade video for us to try to fix the frame ourselves. Mind you this was after charging us almost $400 for the picture and it arriving extremely bent and cracked. The box it arrived in had even been stepped on, with a footprint on the box that we included in the several pictures sent to them requesting a refund. Their latest scam is to try to get us to send it back to Italy at our own cost and only giving us a few days to do that or saying they’re going to refuse to refund our money .. and the price UPS quoted us was almost $1000. They would like us to incur this charge out of our own pocket. So they know what they’re doing, and they will refuse to provide a reasonable solution to a return and waste time to dispute any future refund claims. The only artists they are are scam artists at best.I order things online all of the time and this is by far the worst company I have ever worked with. I will continue to post reviews on any site that will let me so that no other consumer has to go through what I’ve had to go through.

Order took over 8 weeks to arrive.
Very poor communication. No reply to emails. Whats App replies take more than 2 days on average.
First reply I got was that the order had shipped with a tracking link - no apology for the delay - came across as quite dismissive. I guess this could be a language issue.
The tracking just showed that the courier had received data about the order - but it had not been collected. That took an additional week, making me suspect some amount of deception.
On top of this, we were hit with custom charges at the UK border, adding another £45 to the order.
The final straw is that the frame is slightly damaged. I don't have the stamina to follow this up - even if I return it, I will still be £45 down on the customs charges.
If you like what they sell and the price is very good (accounting for import charges) go for it - but be prepared to wait for your order and take the risk that it will not be damaged.
Very good quality canvas print.
Had problems with the delivery point (Fermopoint Italy) and had to change it. Fortunately Neibac was very helpful and help us solving the problem and got it at home. And it is beautiful!
I ordered a picture that looked very high quality but in reality a big painting like this does look cheap if it is a print. So I asked to send it back, after back and forth conversations why I do not want another one in exchange, while having sent back the painting, they do not answer anymore and I have never gotten back my 300€. Do not order with this company, since they will never give you your money back. I will hand this over to my lawyer now.
