A very useful insight into your current health metrics conducted very carefully and thoroughly. The 20 minute in-depth conversation with the doctor at the end is worth the cost in itself. Follow-up tests are also organised as part of the service. Very good value and I have already booked next year's health check.

To me it sounds as though this company have these amazing machines that they use probably had a few months or weeks training on them and that’s about it. Just some beauty salons they have a couple of weeks training on a Machine and think they know it all and do a terrible job some of them. It’s a shame because I was really looking forward to booking an appointment with this company hoping that they could just see everything that’s going on in my body but unfortunately because of the reviews I won’t be doing it now as it doesn’t sound too professional, just the basics and that’s a lot of money for some people to pay out. My sister and I were going.

The scan was fast , efficient and on time, the nurse conducting it was polite and keep me well informed about the procedure. The data review after the scan with the GP was informative and very helpful. From the Scan I had a couple of follow up items and Neko have followed up very promptly. I am very impressed and will use the service again. It gives you a great baseline on your heath status.

I like the setup, modern technology and efficiency. I was expecting more in their service such as taking urine samples to identify the kidney and liver function of the body, some sort of scan for dental health and more internal body scan for all the organs in the body.

My experience at Neko Health was excellent. All the staff were very friendly and professional, and the clinic (I went to Victoria in London) was very clean and comfortable. I was given lots of time with the doctor, who explained everything very clearly. Clearly it’s a privilege to be able to afford a Neko scan, but I do think that you get an awful lot for your £299 so if it’s an option, I would definitely recommend

I was excited to do it, and waited eight months to get off the waiting list. Unfortunately, the Neko body scan continues to disappoint me with every interaction.
The setup was really futuristic and interesting, but my main focus of the experience was the skin scan as I've had numerous moles removed and one serious biopsy a few years ago. However, they don't provide you with any of the mole images or markings that were flagged. Instead, they review them in person, and if they don't think there's an issue, then you'll never see any of those images -- flagged by AI or not -- again. I'd prefer to see the flagged ones and take them to a dermatologist for an expert review. Instead, they use it as a method to sell you into scheduling and pre-paying for the next year's appointment.
Aside from the imaging issue, the appointment itself was generally good. My nurse and GP were both really nice, but the nurse and the "help a friend" person she called into the room blew out my veins -- one on each side, so by the evening, both arms had very dark, purple bruising following the veins. NEVER had that happen before, even if someone has to dig. The NHS phlebotomists usually get it the first try every time. Maybe a training issue? Not sure.
Additionally, my tests did show some serious issues, including a heart rhythm concern. The GP forwarded the info to their in-house cardiologist for an ultrasound and 12-point EKG. However, when they finally sent the link to book this appointment, there weren't any available via the online portable at any of their four locations. The website said to text support if this occurs so that they can help. So, I did. They finally responded today, saying there are no appointments, and they can't do anything but put a note in my file. It was a copy and paste response, which they forgot to add their name to the sign off, which made it extra obvious that they weren't providing actual customer support, just the illusion of. It also says in the information that it has to be booked before a certain date in June, so it's not like it can be booked further out.
So, offer the promise of a service -- or at least an extension of the main one -- for "free", but then there's no way to actually book it? Hmmm...
Another note for anyone that tends to defy modern health conceptions: My wife, who I booked alongside with, had such a bad experience that they refunded her money completely. Her attending GP told her that she was obese and needed to lose weight, refusing to believe her health results were so good, and insisting that her eating and exercise habits were a lie. She has PCOs and endometriosis, but otherwise has great health, including excellent scan and blood results, and is incredibly active, getting upwards of over 10k steps a day. Food for thought.

Overall the information received was really good and useful. The Reception area was very busy with people waiting and lots of staff hanging around. I expected it to be more tranquil & relaxing and also the layout wasn't great with people facing each other. There appears to be a lot of space that could be better used. It all seemed a bit rushed. Also it would be nice to be able to print the Report off not just access it on the App.
