4 O'CLOCK IN THE MORNING

On December 26 at 4am in the morning I went to pick up my car, reserved months ago, and the person at this office told me that they don't have the car I reserved... Then she came up with a small car for my family of 5. At that point you don't have any choice, so I said give me whatever you have, I need a car. Then she told me the price was $392.00, I said Ok. I took the car and returned on December 31st...It was checked and everything was ok. The person who checked the car call someone and he explained that the car was ok. I heard on the phone that this person said: Tell him that We will take care of the bill and send him the information by mail. I never received nothing...When I review my account she or he charges me $399 dollars plus 10.99, and the actual charge and only charge supposed to be $392. DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THIEFS. I removed this rental car from my computer and phone.

Pleasant surprise

I was a bit worried because I was unfamiliar with Nelly. But the process was easy - easier than with the big car rental companies. The car was clean, everyone I talked with was nice, honest, transparent. Overall would definitely use Nelly again.
