SCAM ALERT: Ordered $100+ in creams for my mom on April 13th. They charged me another $100 four days later WITHOUT permission.I reached out for a refund and to cancel my order and a since April 20th I've gotten nothing but fake refund emails. They "canceled" but kept my money. Avoid this company.
Buy the creams on Amazon instead and every day I will be posting until I get my f**king money back
I absolutely love this product. Natural and it really works. I was very skeptical about it. I really needed some relief. I have severe osteoarthritis and other ailments. I love the scent light and not a heavy cream. I highly recommend this product. I feel so much better. Some pain areas don't hurt anymore and some such a relief that I can tolerate it now. I'm sure this pain, too, will disappear. I can't say enough good things about this miracle cream. I, only purchased 2, but I'm definitely buying more shortly. Thank you I am getting more active again without the pain.

I misunderstood that I was paying in US funds. I was going to cancel my order but it had already been shipped. I am a senior recently widowed and would have tried a smaller amount. Marco offered me a discount which helped with my price. I haven’t received the product yet but am looking forward to trying it.
I ordered the Total Relief Magnesium Cream in March 2026. After my mother developed an allergic reaction, I contacted HiRelief on 9 April requesting a refund under their 90-day money-back guarantee.
On 12 April they sent an official-looking email confirming a full refund of $102 had been issued. However no money ever arrived. PayPal confirmed no refund had been received.
When I raised a PayPal dispute, their only response was repeatedly asking me to cancel it and deal with them directly by email. They even sent a link explaining how to close a PayPal dispute.
HiRelief issues fake refund confirmations to make you think the money is coming, then pressures you to drop your buyer protection so you have no recourse when it never arrives.
I escalated to a PayPal claim and PayPal ruled in my favour within days. HiRelief couldn't provide any evidence of a genuine refund.
I would strongly advise anyone buying from HiRelief to pay via PayPal and keep any dispute open until the money is physically in your account.

Was VERY disappointed after sending unopened product back to company I never received a refund. I even showed the tracking from USPS My tracking says that package was delivered 4/18/26 but I have yet to get my refund as promised by company. According to email that I received today I will be getting my full refund.

Where do I begin—this has been an extremely disappointing experience.
After seeing this product advertised on Facebook, I proceeded with the “Buy 2, Get 1 Free” offer, which clearly stated $34.95 per jar. At no point was it made clear that this price applied across three jars in a way that negates the “free” claim. This is, at best, misleading, and at worst, false advertising.
The issues did not end there. Upon receiving my tax invoice, I was charged $120.04—equating to $36.69 per jar, not the advertised $34.95. Additionally, I was charged $9.95 for “expedited shipping,” despite the promotion explicitly stating that shipping was free.
When I contacted customer support, the responses I received only added to the confusion. The initial explanation contained incorrect and contradictory calculations, including stating that I was “paying for 2 jars at $34.95 x 3,” which is nonsensical. A follow-up response then revised the pricing again, now claiming the per-jar cost was $36.69 and that the $9.95 charge was for “VIP Insurance”—despite my invoice clearly listing it as expedited shipping.
The inconsistencies between the advertised pricing, the invoice, and the explanations provided are unacceptable. This experience aligns with numerous other customer reviews citing misleading advertising and incorrect charges.
I strongly advise others to exercise caution before purchasing from this company. My experience reflects a lack of transparency and accuracy in both pricing and communication, which is not acceptable in any business.

I was very into getting Magnesium cream for my hands because they are getting more numb and useless by the day.
I loved the assortment of products and got sort of carried away ordering.
When I realized I had gone over my budget plus I had a couple extra bills this month I hadn't added in I got in touch with customer support.
They were incredibly understanding about my situation. C S was more then ready to help in any way they could.
We got the total down where I could manage it plus I'm getting the best for my needs. I can't think of anyway they could have been more helpful and nice to deal with.
