Had three large oriental rugs cleaned (1st time in over 35 years) and was totally impressed with the finished product. Rugs came up like new. Billy and his team did a great job. I would highly recommend them.

Amazing!! Nel’s Carpet Cleaners have made our carpets look like new again!! For 6 months I have had to move my coffee table to cover a stain I just could not shift. This was no problem for Billy and the team. Coffee table is now back in its usual spot and the carpets look like new. I cannot speak highly enough of the service received. Guys were on time, polite and respectful and did a great job. I will certainly be using them again.

We used Nel’s for our Marble floor in our kitchen after it started becoming a little dirty.

We commented on the yellowing marks on the white marble, which we wanted remove. Billy was very honest & explained what caused the yellowing & it wasn’t possible to move these. However the overall clean was amazing and we were so pleased with the overall finish.

Let’s be honest here- I don’t claim to be an expert in the art of carpet cleaning but I am the owner of two dogs three cats and two teenager- someone who has tried to save money with a rug doctor (carpets left soaked) a vax (blew that up!) and the cheap and cheerful carpet cleaners (although lovely people you did leave stains so be honest!)
Well these guys are a whole level up! (they know about enzymes don’t you know!!) - fab communication, slightly pricier but hear me out, carpets dry 40 minutes after leaving, cream carpet (don’t forget the pet breakdown) looks like new! Do it! Amazing! You won’t regret it!
