I had a very pleasant experience consulting with Nelson Myatt. They are very clear about each step of the process, always checking back and nothing moved forward until it is either checked with the client and further advised on, or in my case using a trainee solicitor, the process is carefully checked. I had a very cordial Sarah to work with and I would recommend her.

All the staff are helpful, polite and make themselves available to speak to when needed.

Generally the process was reasonably quick and helped us achieve our purchase. However, the individual responsible in managing our case kept asking the same questions and for the same paperwork despite already receiving the information. We had to escalate this issue which eventually resolved our concerns

If you have a litigation issue you need Nelson Myatt...they successfully battled a difficult insurance company and a particularly vexatious defendant to release us from a 10 year nightmare.
