Here is the tracking numbers for your deliveries.
The first was delivered on the 19th with Royal mail 24 Tracking number : 320516260000089CF26FA (the incorrect order)
The second was delivered on the 22nd with the same service with tracking number : 32051626000008AB4DCA1 for correct item.
This is proof of a successful delivery via Royal Mail 24.

First time, slight hiccup...
Ordered an Innokin MVP4 kit with Apex tank. The mod arrived promptly but the tank hadn't been included with package. However this oversight was dealt with quickly, politely and with good humor by Nemo. The tank subsequently arrived as promised a couple of days later. All in all a positive experience which would've scored top marks but for the slight processing hiccup. Cock ups occasionally happen!

I have ordered an item that was dispatched on the 2nd Oct'18 and todate has never arrived, I therefore have emailed 4 times for update and once received a response that the order would be tracked but again no further information given, I have now registered a complaint requesting that the monies are returned immediately as prescribed in the Consumer Law, still no response, it is a very bad service without much customer service or consideration
