Batteries
The batteries are good however... they were sold/advertised as 10 Motives batteries. They are in fact 10 Motives compatible.

Really angry. I ordered 10 Motives rechargeable. I received Okvape??? Two loose batteries and 2 ten motives refills, in an open packet.
The rechargeable batteries last a couple of hours at most. I suspect they’re old, but don’t know. Was charged the same as if they were NEW 10 Motives.
Absolutely dreadful. Will never use this company again.
YOU CANNOT ADVERTISE 10 MOTIVES AND SUPPLY SOMETHING DIFFERENT AND SUB STANDARD.
You reached out to me as soon as I submitted my review, and said you would send replacement batteries. However you won’t send these until I update my experience with you on Trustpilot! You’re concerned that I’ll forget to do so.
How is this good customer service? I’ll update my experience once I receive replacement batteries and know that they work.
