Easy Return Policy Good Customer Service
Was sent wrong sized coils by mistake but return policy was easy enough after a phone call which was answered swiftly and dealt with efficiently. Good customer service in this respect and was sent "Posh" Kangertech coils as a replacement so I can't complain

I paid for next day delivery
I paid for next day delivery, but did not receive it. My emails were answered promptly when I complained but apparently it was up to me to chase my package. I wasn’t happy with my experience and I think they need to up their game. I won’t be using this company again as I paid extra for nothing!
