Sorry you feel this way. We can arrange a return for both tanks you claim arrived damaged as you were unable to send us a video of the leak. The photos looks like a scratch so we are unable to process a replacement without a return. I have sent over a quick an easy return instruction so we can arrange a replacement or a refund. Sorry we could not reissue replacements without the damaged item sent back to us.

Iqos 2.4+ ( not produced anymore that a lot of people want as it's more efficient than the 3) received on time the next day.
But of course it is not working as the holder fully charged with a solid white light turns red when pressing the button ( which seems weak when I press it) the white light starts to flash couple of time like it's gonna start it quickly turn red and fails to start.
The box is not sealed and also the usual sticker you can find on the pocket charger sticked on the LEDs and buttons is not present
That makes me think that you got some poorly reconditioned devices.
Well for these kind of device I hope there is a refund ( the guarantee doesn't exist as it is not produced officially anymore) it's like to play Russian roulette on your website obviously.
However I have been refunded

How do you contact memo homes.. phone number is always busy and mobile goes to voicemail. Tried to visit shop in Paul st but could not find only bloke of flats. Item I received is faulty need to change it asap as going on holiday. No customer service.

Awful. They can't seem to send the actual products you order and they get you to jump through so many hoops whilst being rude to gert a refund even though it is their error....
