Bad stamp quality

T-shirt quality by itself is alright, just your average cotton t-shirt. Stamp quality on the other hand is abysmal. As a metalhead I've worn band t-shirts for the best part of 15 years, I can say that the stamp quality of Nen Culture is absolute bottom quality. It started going bad after washing the t-shirt less than 10 times(I turn them inside out and wash them in the "delicate" wash cycle, using cold water as per the instructions). I have never seen a t-shirt stamp get ruined so quickly, usually they last at least a couple of years, this took less than 4 months.

Poor Service

The measurements of the t-shirt I bought were unusual: a wide baggy fit and also quite a short torso. It wasn't like any men's size small that I'd ever bought before, and the website did not explain this. When I asked if I could return it, they said I would need to pay return postage abroad (Spain). They said the fit was listed, I went back and checked: measurements were there but nothing about the fit and style. Poor service and website.

Size guide is a complete lie

Size guide is a complete lie, I "fit" into their large but got XL to be safe. It would not even be able to fit on a child. I then emailed them multiple times requesting a return to which they did not respond. I will never be doing business with them again

Bought what was advertised as a 3xl…

Bought what was advertised as a 3xl hoodie...what arrived was skin tight on me, an adult medium imo, when asked about whether they had sent me a child size I was informed that they have their own sizes that are vastly different from every other clothing vendor. Nowhere during the purchase process does it mention this necessary fact and they have refused a refund or replacement....also the quality was awful. Worst quality hoodie I've ever bought. Awful material and bad stitching

Avoid at all costs. You can get better from amazon.

First time ordering and wanted to share with others

I ordered 3 shirts all 1xl. After reading a review I heard nenculture shirts run small so I emailed their support to ask for a size change. Within 24 hours I had a response stating the size change was confirmed. I received the shirts within 1.5 weeks of order. I was grateful for their willingness to modify an order without any extra steps or complications. I was surprised by how fast they came as well. Now onto the quality of the shirts:

I ordered 2 acid wash and 1 regular type of shirt.
The acid wash 2xl shirts fits perfectly, kind of like a big xl but not quite 2xl. The material feels nice and the print isn't bad. I'm working out in one right now.
The regular cotton tee was very small though for a 2xl. It fits more like a large. It's quality is better than your average t shirt, just small.

Bad quality products: won't get your money back

I was enticed by their sale & free shipping. The package took about a month to arrive (which is no big deal) but the shirt was a terrible quality. Very blurry and a rubbery texture. Uncomfortable and unlike what their photos showed. I was able to get in touch with support and they offered a refund but that I'd have to pay for the return shipping. Considering the return address is overseas I would be losing money by trying to return it. Pointless to do anything about it. You'll pay for a terrible product and won't get your money back. Stay away.

Ordered shorts

Ordered shorts, they are tiny, nothing like the picture. Paid £20 for something not even worth £1.
Emailed asking for refund and they haven’t replied.
They then asked me to write a review

Delivery took over a month worst quality I've seen

Delivery took over a month. One of the items was missing...The other two are among the worst fabric quality I've ever seen: I am pretty sure that these won't survive getting in the washing machine more than once.

Do not buy their products, it's wish/Aliexpress quality but with Amazon price tag. A real scam...I would not pay more than a fifth of the price they advertise. Spent like 30$ per item.

I hope this review saves you the trouble of throwing away your money as I did.

Extremely Dissatisfied with Product Quality and Customer Service

I am acutely disappointed to leave this one-star review for Nen Culture, but the experience I've had leaves me no alternative.

I purchased a "TANJIRO FOX MASK HOODIE" with high expectations, given the exceptional reputation of the brand and the attractive product images on their website. Unfortunately, the item I received was a far cry from the depicted product. The print on the hoodie was significantly blurred to a point where it was unrecognizable, and the material quality was, to my dismay, very poor.

In an effort to resolve the issue, I reached out to the Nen Culture Support team. As a loyal customer, I anticipated a quick response and an effective solution, but I was faced with radio silence. It's been over a month since my initial complaint, but my emails remain unanswered - a disappointing example of negligence and disconcerting lack of regard for customer satisfaction.

Not only did the product fail to meet the expected quality standards, but the subsequent lack of customer service has also been equally, if not more, disappointing. Consequently, I am left feeling let down by this once-trusted company, making it difficult for me to recommend their products and services to others.

If you value quality and responsive customer service, I would caution you to consider other options before choosing Nen Culture. I, unfortunately, learned this the hard way.

SCAM!!

SCAM!!!
I ordered a t-shirt and hoodie which when arrived looked absolutely awful. The design is looks like it was printed off at 144p and ironed onto the products.
I attempted to get a refund and after 50 emails of me double checking I could send it back (costing me a further £20!) For a refund I was told yes. I sent it, I've waited weeks for them to receive it, spoiler they didn't and left it at their local post office... And now they've sent it back to me with no refund for absolutely no reason!!

I'm beyond mad, I'm now down more money (totaling around £100). What a joke of a company.

SCAM, NO REFUNDS

Ordered a berserk brand of sacrifice shirt, the shirt itself isnt bad, the print of the logo definetely is. It felt kind of "sticky" as if it had just been glued onto the shirt, but even worse it wasn't even aligned properly.

I send a message to customer service who only proposed me to return the shirt and order something else, but no refund... While the product I received was far from what I ordered.

Won't send my order

Ordered a few different clothes and the quality is poor. The stitching on the shorts has already been torn (bought them for gym) but that's not the worst part. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST. So I ordered a black version of some shorts and the white version turned up. I emailed them and they were happy to send the black ones free of charge. They sent this confirmation on the 23rd of January. It's nearly been a month now and every time I ask where it is, it's the same response that I will get the shipping information in 24 to 48 hours but it never happens. Very scummy website stay clear of them and try Aniq heard they are better quality and friendlier.

This company is an absolute scam

This company is an absolute scam. I ordered an Akatsuki cap - the advertisement makes it seem like they are good quality products. But what arrived was terrible quality, looks nothing like what's being advertised, the stitching is nothing more than a sticker, and overall the product was not worth the $50 it was advertised for. I am taking this company to the disputes tribunal, because here in NZ, they fall under the Consumer Guarantees Act, and they did not provide the advertised goods. Do not fall for the bots reviews found here too - if I could rate this company as a zero star I would.
