Very long shipping and bad quality. 1 star

This site is legit, but with a catch!
Delivery takes 3 weeks,as comes from China,and the quality on the item I received was poor,cheap and stitching was falling out.
Your choice if you want to buy !

Never even received my order and never got a response from the customer service, seems like its just a bot responding

If I could give it no stars I would. The fabric was horrible and it come damaged. I then told them and sent photos over and they said they would send another one but it has been over three months.

Firstly I did receive my items - alot of other reviews which did get me worried.
It did take about 15 business days to arrive which their support did say would be the case when I contacted them via email. Tracking was better once the package arrived in the UK.
The quality of the t-shirts are very good as is the fit I ordered a large for a more fitted look and an xl for that little bit of room and both fits are very good.
Personal preference on the finish though is I am not really a fan of the press on plastic feel print as I prefer a printed design finish however I would order again from here as the Ts themselves are very good quality but just know now to expect a little wait.

Poor quality, bad sizing, terrible customer service. Can't get replacement hoodie or a refund. Just keep getting the same worded email reply saying they're doing their utmost to process my return. It's now been 6 months of trying and still nothing. Spent money on the hoodie I don't have and the cost to return tracked to Spain from UK. Am out of pocket and angry. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ordered a t-shirt from them hoping to get a good quality product, but received the opposite. Print is awful, blurry plastic sticker.
Everything they promising on a website is complete bs.
Delivery took a whole month (from China), not 1-2 weeks. Customer service non existent, products itself have bad fit and horrible quality. Images and real products don't match. Not sure if this even legal.

I would rate this company 0 stars if it was possible. I can not say anything about the product because I never received it. But what I can tell about the customer service is that it is terribly uninterested, unprofessional and customer unfriendly.

After not receiving my package I contacted the support explaining the situation and asking for their support. As an answer they wrote me that the parcel is indicated as delivered and they can not intervene anymore, even though it was NEVER delivered. Now I stand here without my parcel and they refuse to refund me. If you value your money and your time, do not buy from this company.

Good quality with the product - no refund after return.

After a lot of e-mail contact, the support always asked for a tracking number for a refund and refused to repay the money. Also they were very ignorant about the matter.
After checking with DHL, that the package has arrived at their location, the were also denying this. Very bad, would not recoomend this.

I like buying t-shirts from this store, the color does not fade after washing, and the pattern is beautiful

Ordered 25th of May 2023, still no package. "LORENA" keeps telling me its on its way.

Was basically robbed. Recieved hoodie, terrible quality so I wanted a refund. Was told by customer service to send it to an address in Spain, and months later I am yet to even receive confirmation that the hoodie made it back to them. So was robbed over £40. Other products from them range from awful and mediocre in terms of quality. Don’t recommend

Ordered a hoodie for my son for a birthday gift. The size was way too small and quality horrible so asked for a refund. They wouldn’t offer refund so asked for larger size. After paying to return it to Spain from UK with tracking they confirmed receipt and said new one was sent. Almost 5 months later I still don’t have it. Just emails from customer service to say they’re checking the tracking. Don’t buy from this company- absolute rip off.

I received some days ago my package, shipping was not even 2 weeks, and all I have to say I am so happy with my order. Quality is so nice and for the price no need more to say.

Terrible customer service. Placed an order, the sizing was wrong and as soon as I proved it with pictures customer service said they would resend in proper sizes. It's been about two months and they just ignore my emails asking for tracking information or simply just confirming its been shipped.

Its been 5 mounth since i return my t-shirt (poor quality) and no refund, i paid for the return, i send a lot and a lot of mails and dm on instagram they alwas say that they will keep me in touch

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Absolutely do not order. The sizing is off, material is horrible and you have to pay for return (20€ from germany to spain). The customer service takes weeks to answer.

If you want anime clothes,just order from Wish or Aliexpress, at least it's more trustable.

Ordered a hoodie 6 months ago, never received it. They said they'd give me a refund, then they switched it up saying they'd send another parcel. I refused, demanding my refund and this was their response:

UPDATE: I got my refund, it only took me posting a story about it on my 70K IG account.

I ordered twice. Once a cotton t-shirt. Nothing wrong with that one. The second order was more than disappointing. Three hoodies made of very poor quality fabric. Pilling extremely after 2 careful washes and fading print after only 4 washes. Bad quality. No real response after my critics and no solution from the customer service. Do not buy. Waste of money and bad customer service.

Never ever order from this site, i repeat do not order! Never got my item, told them i wanted a replacement and they said that was fine. Didn't hear back from them for like 2 months so i messaged them again and said i wanted a refund and they said fine and then Didn't hear from them for about 2 months again.

Got a message from the supposed "CEO" of the company on IG and the message said " I'm the CEO, what happened. ". No wanting to help, no sorry, nothing. Absolutely disgusting behaviour, they have read all my messages and are now choosing to ignore me. Absolute scum bags, cheesy lil rats who deserve nothing what so ever.
