I ordered two shirts from them in a Medium, one arrived as a Small so I contacted them to get a replacement and that replacement also came as a Small. Once again I flagged it and they said they'd deliver the correct size and three months later I still haven't received it or even heard of an update. It's a t-shirt size, this shouldn't be difficult.
As a first time user this has been a horrible experience, I won't be using them again and I wouldn't suggest anyone use them as the hassle isn't worth it.

After being gifted a hoodie, I purchased 2 more, and every time I am baffled by how comfortable and pretty they are. This is now my favorite online shop by far.

Furthermore, the shipping is much faster than I would expect, and the staff seems to be incredibly nice, based on the few interactions I've had.

Love this company bought from as soon as I saw there products which are very good quality cotton btw. Joggers are cool but the bombers and choice t shirts are fabulous. The art is lovely and unique to this company.

At first I ordered the wrong size by mistake and they were very helpful with telling me how to return for an exchange, and they immediatly sent the new one out when I sent proof of postage of the return, arrived quickly considering it came from abroad!

I ordered a bomber jacket after seeing it advertised on Facebook and falling in love with the dino-mecha design. I am a huge cyberpunk nerd, but good cyberpunk gear is so hard to find- I was so pleased to find Neomachi and even more so once the jacket arrived! It came with a free t-shirt as part of a special offer, was delivered quickly and is excellent quality! It's comfortable, true to size, and the design is well printed and looks amazing! I will definitely be ordering again!

I first ordered from Neomachi a few years ago and now I ordered again. The designs are magnificent and so authentic, you just love to look at your clothes yourself. The prints are a work of art.
Combining really good quality AND ecological aspirations I can recommend this shop from the bottom of my heart.
The quality is longterm by the way: Even after around 30-50 washes the prints are still totally fine.
To be honest I would love to buy there more often, but the clothes don't break.
My Neomachi stuff is sitting in my closet right now offering guidance and counseling to my Nike and Adidas Shirts.

Great and high quality t-shirts

The clothes themselves are lovely and well made, which is why this is a difficult review to write. This was my second purchase from the brand.

Unfortunately, on this order I specifically ordered a women’s T-shirt but was sent a men’s fit instead. I contacted the company and was asked to provide photos of the tags. After not hearing back, I had to follow up, at which point I was apologised to and told that my original email had not been seen and had been misplaced.

It then took around a month to receive a full response, only to be told that the T-shirt was “unisex.” This was disappointing, as I had deliberately ordered a women’s cut. I was also not offered any compensation, and the apology felt quite limited given the delay and the outcome.

It’s a shame, as the quality of the clothing is excellent, but the handling of this issue has made me reluctant to order again.

I saw the designs online and decided to place an order for a hoodie, a few zipped hoodies and a couple of shirts.
I am surprised at the quality of the fabric and the prints. The fabric feels sturdy and well made. The prints have now survived several washing cycles without any damage to them.
The delivery was faster than what was indicated on the site, which is a nice bonus.

I expected better quality for a 80 euros hoodie, the print is not good, seems very amateur and I can tell is not going to last, one wash and is already looking washed away the colouts.
I don't give less cause shipping and design were the only thing good

Best jacket I've ordered, design is amazing, very warm, can tell it's good quality. A lot of good eyes on it, recommend it!

Its a nice shirt that i ordered its a shame its not made for people who are more musculair, i ordered a XL the size seems right except for the chest area is to tight for me

The clothes (hoodies and joggers) are really good quality, soft and look great.

Really helpful. quick to respond, I had a problem with shipping (The Couriers fault NOT Neomachi!) and they sorted it out immediately. On top of that the products are awesome, well printed and well made. Highly recommend

Good quality t-shirts, the price is average compared to other websites who offer the same service.

There was a €85.00 customs charge on the coat, so I haven't collected it.

It's now too expensive to merit the purchase.

It would be useful to make the initial cost under £135.00, so there is no massive customs charge to pay.
