I purchased a hoodie from them on April 4th.
I was interested in the theme and style of their brand, so I decided to give it a try.
3 weeks later, and the item wasn't shipped yet.
I had to reach them multiple times via different platforms (even leaving them a message on the comment section on Instagram) and waited a few more weeks to receive a response and an update on my order.

the hoodie came 6 weeks later, just to be completely disappointed about the quality of the product.
the ink seems faded due to some printing quality issue.
Also, the package was complete trash.
no packaging, no label, no thank you letter, no stickers.. just a bland, generic transparent plastic bag inside the delivery bag (the hoodie didn't even look folded properly, lmao!).

I recently reached them out again about the issue with the quality of the print (over 3 weeks ago). I am still waiting to this very moment for a refund or an exchange.
I truly want to give independent creators a chance and show them support, but with these guys, the amount of issues I had to deal with from my first experience was just too frustrating.

unless I am getting this problem fixed, I don't know how I could buy anything else from them in the future (especially when I look at the price of their products, there are way more options out there in the market with way lower prices too).

The T-shirts are of very good quality. Very comfortable to wear. They retain their shape. They are well made. The print is also very good. Even after several washes, they don't lose their vibrant colors. I now have 10 T-shirts and am very satisfied. I ordered the first T-shirt too big, the exchange was very straightforward, and all deliveries were very fast and well packaged.

Order a T-Shirt and a hoddie 10 days ago. Still no updates on shiping or delivery. I have mail them several times but no answer.
Is this company really legit?

There's a few negative reviews about Neomachi clothes, but I'll address my own experiences with them.
I ordered 4x Tshirts on the 4for3 offer with delivery to the UK (SW Scotland specifically).
I ordered my size using their size guide and measuring my own shirts that fit well.
They arrived within a few days, honestly a little quicker than I actually expected.
I had no extra tax/duty to pay.
The tshirts fit well and the prints are great, perhaps not as vibrant as *some* might expect, but they're bright, sharp and well defined. I'm very happy with them at the price I paid.
I will definitely order from Neomachi again going by the quality and fit I've experienced.

I love this shop. The designs are all original and quircky and the prices are reasonable and the sizes were just PERFECT. The clothes are comfortable and I feel great in it. The service and delivery was not only excellent, I really am so happy. Thank you so much!

Just received two hoodies and a t shirt (T shirt was free as part of an offer) having previously ordered a hoodie I was very happy with. I love the designs and the quality was great. I had a query to which I received a quick and friendly reply and my order arrived within the expected timeframe. I'll certainly be going back for more.

The designs look good but the quality, customer service and delivery times are a massive let down. Sent two emails chasing the delivery, neither were acknowledged. When my order finally arrived the colours were nothing like advertised, ordered a vivid orange design and another pink one. They are both basically red and the colour bleed around the print is very noticeable. After wearing one of the hoodies, realised it had a hole in the arm. Very disappointing, expected better but just another brand selling cheap disposable clothing at high prices.

I bought a zippered EVO sweatshirt. It arrived in Hungary quickly, in about 1 week. The patterns are very good, I was attracted to it, but the quality of the print is not nice, the quality is not what I expected. The material of the sweatshirt is thin, not fluffy inside, it has no support, it is a little droopy. The zipper is quite tight. I ordered a size larger on their recommendation, because I am a bit pot-bellied (L>XL) but I am not sure I should have. The sleeves are also quite long, although I do not have short arms. Overall, I am not satisfied, but I will not return it. I do not want to pay extra for it and I do not feel like messing around either. I think this sweatshirt is too expensive for this quality, it is not worth the price. I expected something more special, extra quality. I have several similar style sweatshirts in much better quality and for a fraction of this price. I suggest a Neomachi label around the neck, a small greeting card in the package, maybe a gift sticker... etc. It would improve the feeling of specialness and you should also pay attention to quality.

I am very satisfied with my purchase! I got a windbreaker, and being a hippy lady I am usually between a large/x-large in shirts and jackets, so I opted for the x/large windbreaker which fits very nicely. It’s not too big or snug, and feels very comfortable.

Great jackets that look badass.

I bought myself two jackets, one bomber jacket and one parka jacket.

Didn't take too long they appeared to my place and both look excellent. The quality seems good so far and they're warm enough to hold their own in Finnish early spring, so usually -5 to +5 celsius with wind.

Also they make me feel good when I wear them. :)

Just take note that the sleeve pocket in the bomber jacket is sewn shut from the middle (not completely, just a little bit), I think you can open it yourself if you need those pockets.

Got myself a t-shirt and joggers and they're fantastic. No cheap prints on cheaper fabric. Neomachi and now my go to for good looking clothes!

A great warm stylish jacket with quality and luster for a long year of grueling weather keep up with the good work and craft

I had been looking for clothing like this for a long time when they popped up on Insta. Ordered 5 T´s and a hoodie. These are really excellent quality, thick fabric, vibrant colours. The T shirts are nice and long (I order size L actually being an M).

Everything Was fine. Fast shipping. I liked Everything and love my neomachi wear.

Great quality and service, fast shipping and the designs are just out of this world.

Overall not too bad, UK buyers beware you will have to pay a fair amount to change sizes as the warehouse is in Poland/Germany.

However they exchanged for a new size and all was well!

I would definitely say size up, I'm 173cm and 75kg and the medium was pretty tight and short, so go large!

The prints well it's not as solid or vibrant as the pictures but it was still a good 4/5 and pretty close.

I love my Neomachi sweaters, t-shirts and ofcourse my bomberjacket! All of them look really cool and feel very nice. I always get compliments when I wear Neomachi. Their service is great too. Don't hesitate and just go for it!
