Beautiful and original design! The hoodies and tees fit comfortably. Size L for this brand fits the same as size L of other brands.

After wearing it around 4-6 times over 1 year and washing it 3 times, one of the seams broke and the rubber band is sticking out now. Honestly dissapointed in the quality of this product especially for this price!!

The tshirt i ordered was great quality and was super comfortable!

There was a mix up of orders where I received someone else's accidentally but the team sorted this out for me so quickly and efficiently and I couldn't be more grateful. Really happy all around and when I've saved up a little more I'll be getting more!

TL;DR: Shirts are good quality and customer service was able to correct all issues that were present as well as communicate in a timely manner.

If you're international, you can expect your packages to take a while but that's not within Neomachi's control after shipping. While it will bear no part in the score for this review, it will act as a fair warning to any and all who do order outside of the EU. Be patient.

I have ordered twice from Neomachi. My first order got here in a little over 2 weeks. No issues. Quality is good and cleaning instructions are on the tags for longevity.

The second order unfortunately had some setbacks. It seemed to have been lost somewhere and I did not even receive a tracking number after almost 2 weeks. I reached out on one of the emails that the Neomachi team had used to reach out to me. After a few days of back and forth, they re-issued the order and a tracking number was made. They even went out of their way to manually update me via email on any new developments during this time.

The items arrived finally after almost a month and the detail and quality is as good as the first order.

Despite the problems that had occurred, everything was set right in the end.

Clothes are fine, bit pricey but fine.

Only issue with this shop is customer service which seems to be pretty low on their daily todo list. I has taken ne almost 3 weeks to do a size swap and im still not certainly sure if they have received my info about package because they dont send any kinda of confirmation.

I'm just going to make this easy...Buy neo machi! Their products are very good quality and I'm quite fussy when buying for quality. I purchased one of the premium bomber jackets,3 tees as well. I'm a size xl uk and went for xxl which fit absolutely amazing
Another great thing about them is their genuine and lovely customer service. I spoke to one of their customer service team about my sizing and she did everything she could to helpe work it out. Brilliant service.
Their tees are really good quality and the printing is superior to anything I seen before . Lovely large colourful printing and I can tell it will last. I'm very impressed. I can't wait to buy more.

I ordered two hoodies and they run VERY small! I wear a large (US) typically and ordered XL and they were still too small. Customer service was really great in assisting with this size issue. Super soft, great design.

The T-shirts are amazing, 100% recommend. They look great and the material is fantastic. The only negative was the delivery, it ended up taking over 2 weeks and I had to email them to check before they even got sent, it left a really sour taste and has put me off ordering again.

After my first bad experience, I contacted Rosalie who did everything to help me out. I received new T-shirts and the quality of them is nice and the print is vibrant enough. I can now say that I am happy with my purchase.

I do have to take half a star out for the print on the back being quite small compared to the print on Neomachi shirts from EMP. That might be my personal taste though.

Another half a star out for the fact that the issue I had in the first place is still not addressed anywhere and I've seen a few reviews that pointed this issue out as well - There was a batch of T-shirts that were from a different supplier and the fabric was thinner and not very nice. Apparently, there was a shortage that has been sorted out now, but I can see that there are still a few of these thin T-shirts in stock. Now I was able to sort this out with Rosalie and I am now satisfied with the product, but some people might've received this thinner shirt and just thought that the quality is bad and they will now never come back, which is a shame. Be wary of this as you can't see this info on the website and if your T-shirt is of a different brand (currently Stanley/Stella) than what they describe on the website, make sure to contact support and you will be able to sort it out.

UPDATE 26.10.2024: I got an email saying that they have a 48 free shipping so I went on their website, thinking i will use this promo but I could see that all T-shirts went up in price and the price hike is almost like the shipping fee. I was happy with how the store owner handeled my situation but this is just shady. I will check the prices after the promo ends and edit my review further.

T-shirts I ordered are awesome! The printing is top-notch and and quality of the shirts is good. I took my usual size (L) and I think the sizing was normal instead of fitted/slim. I could have gone with one size smaller to have more fitted look.

Where do i start?
T-shirts don't look like displayed in the shop. The fit is terrible, arms are not as long as shown, instead the shirt is way too long. Although the website implies that The shirts are printed with glowing neon uv-light color thats NOT the case. In general the fabric has a poor quality, it's like wearing a 2$ tshirt.
Another point is communication. I've sent several mails to make a change in my shipping (i accidentally set the wrong adress) but no confirmation of recieving my message at all. Instead a lot of Spam with Advertising and the backstory of the creator which is pointless regarding the tiny effort on the quality of the products. If there would have been an option to refund my order, i would hav done it by now. Very disappointing.

These are nice quality shirts with some fresh designs, which arent to nerdy or to colorful yet still Show some style. I would love to see more shirtcolors like darkgrey and ivory/beige.

Good quality product that was delivered in pristine condition quicker than originally produced. Multiple payment options gave some good flexibility on the order placement. I'm always a little cautious when ordering from new brands and I was happily surprised when doing business with Neomachi.

The designs are amazing and the colours are really next level! The quality is of the shirts is good, might be a little on the thin side but at least not too thick, so you can still wear these comfortably on scorching summer days. I went for a size XL, which is my normal size. Definitely take some shrinking into account when they get washed. I've washed them 3 or 4 times now and the print and colours remain perfect. Shipping was fairly quick as well, even though the package came from Germany. Did I mention that I'm absolutely in love with the designs. I'll definitely order more!

Love these designs. They're beautiful, and the colours are so vibrant. The material and make are really good quality too. Delivery time was really quick and the sizes were spot on.
