Ordered a sign back at the beginning of September, I had an email regarding delays a few days after my order was placed it’s now the 1st November and still no sign. I’ve tried to contact them but no reply.

I sent you all the details that you asked for and no reply!!!! Clearly no intention of sorting this out at all.

I ordered my sign on 10th Sept 2022. I had one email on 16th September to say they were experiencing delays but have heard nothing since. I've emailed, phoned etc but nothing. Not impressed!

Terrible... awful infact .. took over 280 pounds in September not heard anything back .. avoid... like the plauge.

Sign ordered 25th August and hasn't arrived, sent a couple of emails chase ups with no response, then finally received a generic response with some excuses that I'm not really interested in, all I wanted to know was when my sign would arrive. No response, so I've requested a "no questions asked refund", let's hope I'm refunded as quickly as the previous reviewer

Just tried to call their advertised 24/7 helpline and they hung up after 1 ring, tried again, same result. It looks like this company just wants your money and runs. Companies House started striking off actions against this company JLC Brands Ltd in September.
Will now be seeking refund through Paypal and Bank

Ordered a sign but then had to cancel as the company were struggling to complete the order due to factors out of their control! I needed the sign for a specific date and they weren't sure if they could do this but issued the refund straight away, no issues!
Thank you and hope you sort everything out, will consider using again in the future, thanks to the good customer service

Ordered on the 19th September. No email in junk folder, no response to query on delivery time. Silence. There are plenty of other neon sign companies so just go else where. Wish I had.

Obsessed, so I bought 2 more.. I ordered a sign for the reception of my day spa back in July. I was so excited when it arrived it was the first thing I put on my walls. It was also so easy to install. I absolutely love it. It’s exactly like the pictures on the site. We get so many compliments on it I ended up ordering two more in September and I received an email explaining the delivery issues, but I honestly don’t mind as they will be worth the wait. Thanks again neon32

UPDATE... avoid avoid avoid - now the 17th October and still no email, no phone call, no order and i asked 1 week ago for a refund and still no response from company!
Ordered my sign 20th Aug, plenty of time i thought for 2-3 week turn around before i move, and i can get it mounted. I have had 1 email just over 2 weeks ago saying they have a problem, and asked me to reply (which i did) to get it earlier, i think moving 2 and 1/2 hours away considers me a quicker response. I move 3rd Oct, 2 counties away. But no response to any emails, and their help button doesnt seem to have anyone working that either. This company isnt quick, isnt responsive, isnt full of happy customers!

UPDATE: The product, ordered on 13 August, arrived on 19 October, beyond the promised maximum 30 business days, and with poor communication about the delay. But it is a really cool neon sign.

Had to return first order as the lettering wasn’t right, customer service was excellent, just took a while to get my replacement hence the loss of a star. However, now it’s finally here I love it and would recommend to others.

Ordered a neon sign for my hair salon from Neon 32 and absolutely in love with it! Exactly like the picture and was delivered in the time frame they sent me, very very well wrapped ensuring no damage! It’s now sitting pretty in my salon and having so many compliments on it! Would definitely recommend buying your neons through this company! Thank you again 😊

Was very happy opening up a very well packaged and high quality Led neon like this. I wasn’t skeptical but there’s always that small bit of concern when ordering something like this, like how bright it will be, the quality of the back plate etc. but I was amazed when unpacking and plugging it in. Most certainly won’t be the last I order from Neon32!

Excellent product with great customer service. Discussed all changes and options thoroughly to ensure sign was exactly how I wanted it and was sent proofs of how it would look like. The sign arrived quickly and looks even better in person. Highly recommend

My custom neon sign arrived yesterday and myself and my partner are completely in love! I messaged on WhatsApp before ordering because my personalisation request was a little bit sweary, and they messaged me back within a couple of minutes (on a Sunday evening) to say they were happy to take the order. Waiting for it was agony because I was so excited and had to keep it a secret until it arrived, but the wait is understandable for a custom item and it arrived within quoted timescales. It's beautifully made, and is an excellent quality LED alternative to expensive, noisy, energy inefficient and very breakable neon, but it really does give a neon effect when it's switched on - much more so than others I've seen. Really can't recommend this company highly enough, and we're already debating how many neon signs we can reasonably have in a 3 bedroom terrace!

Absolutely incredible service. I needed a sign made for an exhibition my students were holding but unfortunately due to a miscommunication at my place of work the sign hadn’t been ordered!! However, James was able to get a sign made in only a couple of days… and not only that, he drove to Wetherby services to hand it over personally so we knew we’d have it in time! Can’t thank him enough - we will definitely use Neon32 again!
