Website gave me a price and paid that price. Order was confirmed then was told it had gone up due to website not giving the right price. Was told to pay the extra or my order will be cancelled

I ordered a >150cm sign over two rows. I wrongly made assumptions about the delivery packaging (two pieces) and also the number of wires off the sign. Even so, I don’t pump the supplier to be really responsive and helpful with advice and support post delivery. Highly recommend!

I honestly can express how good a product this is! Delivery came quicker than superman…on speed. Messaged James who got straight back to me with my queries. Actual top lad and top company.

The service for this company is excellent. I was unsure of what to choose so had to do a live chat enquiry that didn't work(probably because I'd linked in via Pinterest). However as I'd included my email address the very helpful James emailed me back promptly. I was then able to choose my font with confidence. He was so super he included a bank holiday code for discount that was better than the one I already had. It was made and delivered in about 4 weeks. I am over the moon with it. Top marks Neon32. 🤩

I love my custom neon sign i got for my nail studio! super well made, great price for the size of it and your can change it to any colour for a little more - perfect for me as i could not choose a colour! Great efficient customer service via whatapp and email. dhl delayed the delivery time but worth the wait 100%!

Where do I even begin with the lies, deceit and time wasting of this company. I Purchased a customised neon sign for over £300. After my purchase I never recieved any confirmation of my order. A little concerned I contacted their ‘outstanding’ 247 helpline who told me they would send again. Still nothing arrived. After a week and still no confirmation, I used the online chat and got no reply. I then emailed with no response. After nearly 2 weeks and still no response I used the WhatsApp number and finally got a response from someone called James who I don't even think is real.
He informed me he was extremely busy making the signs and that the order would be with me very soon as my sign was already made and ready to be picked up by DHL.
Another week later and still no sign - I contacted again who told me DHL were really busy!!!!
Finally after nearly a month I got a text message informing me my order would be with me on May 17th being SHIPPED FROM CHINA!!!!!!
That would be 37 days even if it does arrive. I messaged again and asked why my light was being shipped from China? James then informs me they ship from the USA,OZ and CHINA! Again all lies - they basically take your order have it customised in China and work as the middle guy.

If I can do anything today it be saving anyone from believing the reviews and credibility of this company are true based off these faje reviews they keep making - however if you’re looking for product that still hasn't arrived after a month, made in China and to waste your time. This is the one!!!!

And please save yourself from writing a reply below ‘James’ telling people how you emailed and messaged and apologised and DHL are slow. Please don’t lie anymore.

Quality at a much cheaper price than competitors. Product arrived well wrapped and was easy to install
Good correspondence with the company to obtain a sizing outside the standard offering on the website. Dimmable and shows up really bright even n the sunshine.
Friends remark favourably on the product!

I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered, as its not something you can see before buying. I bought it for my babies nursery and it is so much better than I expected, it looks great, works really well, the remote, the dimmer, the options. I'm so impressed.
