Love love love our light and the customer service was brilliant!

It was a pleasure and great experience ordering our LED neon sign from Neon87, from the start to finish. After getting a few quotes from various UK companies, we realised Neon87 signs are very well priced and the best thing is their signs are made in UK, which means no hidden import fee. Both El and Andy were very helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. The 1st bespoke sign didn't exactly turn out as what my partner and I had imagined, probably due to custom font that we had chosen. However, we had no issues returning it and both El and Andy were very understanding. For that very reason, my partner and I felt that this is a company that we can trust and decided to place another order with them, this time round using the font that they are familiar with. The 2nd sign was delivered within 3 weeks from approving the proof and we couldn't be more pleased with the finished product. I would highly recommend Neon87 to anyone looking to order a well made LED neon sign that is made in UK.

Initially very impressed as I made a mistake with the correct Latin spelling for my sign. Andy replied back to me resting me assured they had picked this up and they would send me a new proof. Unfortunately I never received this proof. I felt I had a chase this company for updates, I even had an apology that no one had contacted me sooner. The sign was made in the time frame they quoted and I have to say the sign is brilliant and of excellent quality. My only small disappointment with the sign was the fact that it was dirty, hadn't been cleaned and covered in fingerprints. Given Covid, I couldn't help but to thoroughly clean it myself.

I’m blown away by the service I received from Neon89 right from the get go. Elouise designed my sign which was a gift for my cousins 40th. She was so friendly and seemed to genuinely care and be excited about my gift. My neon sign arrived today. The size was much bigger than I expected for the price, it blew me away and is absolutely perfect. The quality and workmanship that has gone into it is incredible. The fact these signs are made in Devon was a huge selling point for me. I will 100% be using them again and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I have read the recent comment; I actually live nearby too and will be recommending to other; I had a discount code and was able to apply it.

disgusting customer service. very quick to get back to me on a price for a neon light I wanted. I live a few minutes away from the company and they still insisted that I had to pay £14.99 for delivery and I could not collect the item. (yes this is true) they blamed it on covid, I said Ill collect it when i am allowed. I can wait!. and basically they said no you need it delivered. I had a discount code sent to me for £25 off. I could not find anywhere for it to go on the invoice page. I phoned the company again, and they did not know either (it was laughable) but more seriously, they completely wasted my time! I phoned 4 times and each time they promised me a call back from the director, this went on throughout the day. when i phoned for the last time saying they have wasted my time I was promised a call back within the hour! ( guess what? yep nothing) all day from 11.30am when I first phoned to complete my order till 5pm. noone knew nothing. I just wanted to know where the discount code went to complete my purchase. because you completely wasted my time yesterday I will absolutely not be recommending you around torbay and exeter. I can't imagine how amazing your after care service would be. cheers.

The quality and precision of the 'cut-out' house number and street name sign I ordered was just excellent. I highly recommend this company. I liked the fact that a preview of the work was supplied before the manufacture of the actual sign was undertaken. The precision of the cut out lettering is really impressive, straight sharp edges even into the corners. Very pleased indeed.

Initial emails were dealt with quickly, easy to take this stage to the actual sign and produced and ready to hang in no time at all. Really impressed and already lining up more pieces!

We received the sign but it wasn't as expected. It was meant to be on a full sheet of Acrylic as ordered and not cut out! I have tried email Ericka who was the person I placed the order with, but I keep getting the emails sent back saying the account isn't valid

The communication during the ordering process was great. So just disappointed I didn't get exactly what I ordered!

Our Neon sign was delivered about 3 weeks after we placed our order (exactly within the timeframe given by Neon87).
It had been packed very well for shipping.
The sign itself is exactly what we wanted.
It is well built, the size is what we expected and it looks brilliant when switched on.
We are very happy with the results.
Also very good value for money.
Would recommend Neon87 to anyone!

I just received my order! I purchased my neon with rush service and contacted the store to see if I could get it a little earlier since it was my birthday, they were lovely enough to make it happen: they rushed production and the neon was here within a week.
Also, the neon is beautiful.
