I NEVER leave negative reviews but after emailing the company 3 times because my product wasn't as described I am hoping this might prompt them to resolve my issue.

I ordered on the 20th Jan and my email confirmation gave a 2 week lead time. I chased it on the 23rd Feb as I hadn't received it and had been given no update. A reply on the 28th Feb said i would have it in the next few days. I received it on the 9th March and it wasn't aa described - the website states that the perspex backing will be cut to the shape of the neon as standard but it wasn't, it has a big rectangular backing. This isn't shown on any of the product photos. I emailed straight away to ask for help and received nothing. I received an automated email on the 12th march assuming I was happy with my product l asking if I had any pics I could send of it in situ. I replied again saying that I wasn't happy with the product and asking someone to get back to me. 2 days later on the 14th March I received another auto email asking for a trust pilot review. Again I emailed the company (on the same email address they had previously responded to about the delay, so I know it works) saying that I didn't want to leave a poor review and I would just like to return the product for a refund if they weren't going to rectify it. I have still heard nothing from them.

Fabulous bespoke product. Really great quality, and turnaround time for the order was exactly as explained. Easy and friendly to deal with, would definitely recommend.

This is the second neon sign I’ve had custom made by Neon87 and the whole process from design to delivery was effortless. Quality of workmanship is second to none and highly recommended.

Absolute set of scammers. Ordered a sign which came eventually. Within weeks it was broken. Sent it back for repair and they’re ignoring every message. Finally got a response from the guy who owns it pretending to be a worker in the Philippines who is helping them out ? Honestly you couldn’t write it.

I know it’s him as after a little research on companies house I found his personal instagram and he is a one man operation in Devon. Stay away from this fraudster. I’m now £450 down and will have to order somewhere else.

Terrible Communication
Ordered 2 signs -
1st one took about 7 weeks
2nd one took 9 weeks, connectors we're incorrect, sent back and then chased and chased for it be returned as needed for a party, date for party came and went. Was promised a mini sign in compensation which we then incorporated into our garden design and had power put in etc.
Order confirmed - 1st July
I have chased and chased, also been lied to and told that it would be delivered within the week (3rd October) still nothing and now I am totally ignored. As others have said you can't talk to them, they pay a virtual receptionist who pass your message on to be ignored. We have messed the electrician around and had a summer of unfinished fencing.

For others reading this I suggest you use someone who cares about their customers. Gut feel says this company is based overseas.

Please just send the sign as promised.

This mini light was ordered on July 26th after emails chasing the order one saying will be delivered within the week, then several weeks later claim lots of orders will prioritise order within 7 days, then phone calls which you cannot get to speak to them directly and have to leave message with reception which they never get back to you. Finally got notification that it has been despatched on 21/10 with tracking number which only states ready for DHL to pickup which has not changed in 10 days so no would not recommend anyone to use this company again as still not received my item and it's been nearly 14 weeks now.

Very slow delivery, with very little communication if any!

UPDATE: Neon was delivered today (15/08). It looks great and works as intended. I have updated my rating, but still believe the customer support should be miles better.

Order placed on 26/05/22

I asked for the production to be delayed, so it could be delivered at a later stage.

29th of June, I give the order to start production. I was promised a 2 week lead time.

About 2 and a half weeks after that, I email to see how the sign was coming along. The sales rep that confirmed my order was being sent to production left the company, so my sign was stuck in limbo, and it never actually started.

I think to myself "OK well that is bad timing and these things happen" and I ask them to start production. This was on July 22. They replied back admitting the error, and I was promised it would be done for "next week"

It is now 09/08 - three weeks since I last heard of them.
The customer service number is just an outsourced reception company that the only thing they can do is pass on my message as "urgent", which they have done now 6-7 times.

No reply to emails, no reply to online forms, no callbacks whatsoever.

Cashback might be my only remaining option.

Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

very impressive sign haven't good to mount it up yet but looks high quality

Ordered a sign and the customer service was poor, plastic which the sign is mounted to is too thin for the sign length I ordered, 5mm would be better. Poor quality fixings with not enough sent to secure sign appropriately. Would not use again, only seems suitable for internal home use.

I wish I could give 6 stars. The company were incredible. I gave them a custom design and they were kind enough to meet my budget. I discussed this with them on Monday, approved my design on Tuesday and by Friday I had my custom neon delivered. Couldn’t recommend them more highly. Thanks again to all the team

Amazing! The website was real easy to use and order my sign. Then, they delivered with quick and ease to my home about a week later. The packaging was very secure and made sure my sign was safe during the delivery process! A+++ from this company and will buy more for sure!
