Love it! It was super-easy to build my custom order and it looked exactly as I’d imagined it. Arrived right on time in secure packaging and instructions for installation were clear and easy to follow. 100% will be ordering again.

Brill service with great communication. I asked for a design I was sent a couple of mock up designs I ordered and arrived in great time. Really pleased with my item.

Ordered the product, waited three weeks, nothing arrived. I called on three separate occasions speaking to a call centre who managed their calls, was promised a call back each time and never received one. I messaged them twice on Insta, emailed them three times and tried Facebook messenger… never got a reply.

The product finally came a week later but such a poor customer service I’d never go back. All I wanted was an update.

Perfect, Just what I needed.

The sign was nice but you can get similar things from other companies. The customer service was poor - took a many weeks to come, with no updates provided until we chased them a few weeks before our wedding. It also came in two pieces with "The" and "Surname" which they did not inform us about so we only found that out when it arrived. They'll also send you lots of spam email.

Fantastic from start to finish!

I was so impressed with neon87. From the point I contacted them to the customer service help with my custom sign, to receiving the sign and after sales communication. I can't fault a thing!

Seem like a really friendly company to deal with and their product is absolute quality! The manufacturing was top-notch and the brightness of the sign is outstanding.
It doesn't have to be dark to see the great effect the sign gives off either.

I don't usually write reviews but I am extremely dissastisfied with this experience. Very poor customer service. Ordered a £1200 sign with them, with little to no correspondance. When phoning them, I always got a 'promise' that someone would call me back which they never did.

Paid for the order in full on March 9th with a delivery date advised of 21st March. After a few excuses of delays, we were advised it would be 22nd March. The sign never arrived. More excuses and weeks passed by, with constant follow up emails and calls from me with little to no responses.

Finally sign was delivered 4th April, but with no LED driver to power the system. So now I have spent a further £120 sourcing a driver on my own, as Neon87 still aren't responding to me and I need to get this sign installed. I can't wait around forever for Neon87's response.

They offered £250 credit towards my next order - as if there would be a next order, this humoured me. Sign companies in the UK are a dime a dozen. AVOID NEON87 AT ALL COSTS!

What a let down!

Great product that represents my brand so well.

So to be clear
One return label has now berm sent after dhl arrived to collect therefore the item could not be returned
After multiple emails to you and finally a response it is due to be collected today
This has taken weeks

I rang every single day last week the call centre email your company but I have never received a call back to discuss my issue

You have not sent multiple return labels to me just one this week and only one collection Monday this week
The one last week didn’t show up despite waiting in all day

Your customer service is really bad and your call centre will not discuss anything other than send you an email but no response

Having personally emailed you I have had a slow response to a situation that is still ongoing due to a faulty item.

Excellent product and great workmanship. Delivery took a while but when it did arrive I was delighted with the sign.

Sales process was very easy and just as easy sign off process on font and colours.

I would recommend this product and company.

Worst sign company ever dealt with.
Took 8weeks to get a sign which they initially promise to deliver between 3 to 4weeks time. When asking about it they’ll say production can take up to 6weeks. Weatherproofing not done properly so some parts of led went off after 4days of installation.
They’ll expect you to send it back for repair without at least sending some kind of returnpackaging. Very frustrating experience.

Would recommend neon 87, product is fantastic, it's better than I expected but only 4 stars, expect to wait at least 2 months for your sign without any communication, that was the only downfall

Products came much later than expected. They got the order wrong too.

I absolutely love my Neon 87 bespoke sign! So, so great.

Elouise was amazing and kept us up to date all the way through. There was a little wait for delivery however this was made clear from date of ordering. They price matched with quotes we had with another company and the product was incredible!! It was absolutely perfect!

It saddens me that the only way to get this company's customer service attention is by writing poor reviews on TrustPilot :-(

This is the third time I've had to try and elicit a response this way as emails to the studio address aren't read or responded to. I was promised a replacement LED controller cable as the one sent with my sign is faulty. I was promised delivery of this by Saturday 12 March. Still no sign of it and no response to my email asking where it is. So disappointing. I've wasted so much of my time trying to sort issues - first with a missed promised delivery date for the sign itself and now this.
