The sign is fantastic, exactly as per the proof, it’s just what I wanted, the price was competitive. Only issue was it took 7 weeks to arrive, the initial estimate was 4 - 6 so not too bad but no updates where provided until I chased. The end result made up for it though.

I love our mountain light! Or rather my son does as he's sniped it for his room. Will definitely use this company again.

Website suggested that standard signs are in stock ordered as a gift on 23rd January only received March 3rd , when asked for update on order very slow to reply if or any reply at all extremely vague , was going to order more very doubtful that I will .The product looks great the rest of the process rubbish

Absolute junk! Don’t waste your money.
I was refused a refund even though i hadn’t had it longer than 14days, I requested a refund due to quality being terrible and concerns it wasn’t waterproof then after being refused 2 weeks in and some of the LEDs stopped working, not what you expect from a £900 sign.

They finally reached out and offered to fix the sign but only after I left a review but even then it’s a 3m sign that was installed and hard wired in by a contractor so am I supposed to pay for it to be removed then re installed even after contacting you in the first place with my concerns regarding the quality and my concern it didn’t look waterproof, you charged extra for it to be waterproof but it’s no different to the indoor version you also sent me?

Do not buy from this company!!!

Despite their confirmation email stating their lead time is 2-3 weeks, in reality you can wait 3 months for longer.

5 Stars for this company, my sons sign arrived very quickly and is just fabulous. We love it, Nothing is too much bother for these guys such a friendly and helpful service.

Our neon "PIZZA" sign is such a unique addition to our kitchen. My husband makes homemade pizza so this was the perfect gift for him. Neon87.com has been very helpful with the entire process making sure I am completely satisfied. The sign arrived in perfect condition, and is very high quality. It's GORGEOUS!!! Ordered 17th November, still waiting! I said I needed this by end of January but after chasing again today have been told they will let me know when they have an update - not impressed! Where is my sign??

Beautiful sign delivered well within their stated lead time. I was buying it as a gift so it was wonderful for it to arrive in plenty of time :)

These guys are without a shadow of a doubt the very best when it comes to neon signs, both regular and bespoke. Elouise went above and beyond for us with our signs! One of which was a bespoke design of quite a complex logo. Robyn who made the sign did an absolutely incredible job!
We seriously cannot recommend these guys enough, the end result exceeded our expectations in every single way.
If you are looking to buy a neon or have a custom one commissioned, no need to look around or wonder who to go with, just use these guys, they really are the best of the best!
