I ordered in February and I was still waiting for delivery in May despite being promised a 3 week delivery time.

I experienced numerous delivery delays, each time promising the next week, then the end of month and so on.

Each week brought more lies, labelled as miscommunication. Evidently it is very difficult to tell a customer the truth and instead they decide to tell you all manner of reasons why your sign isn't ready despite being told the week before it was.

I was given a 50% refund at the end of March for them breaching their own delivery guidelines and then given a full refund in April after further deadlines were broken.

I was offered the sign for free as a way to make things right and up til 12th May I still hadn't received it. I cancelled the free sign as yet again delivery was extended by a further 4 weeks.

Neons currently advising 25 days on their website for custom signs.. giving potential customers false information to secure a sale.

I posted on social media about this and was accused of blackmail! I'm not sure how sharing my experience is blackmail.

It says something about a company when you would rather cancel a free £350 sign than have to deal with them.

In short, go somewhere else. There is a reason their reviews have been turned off on Facebook and they delete bad comments.

Stay clear. Endless delays and some people still haven’t got their orders. They have deleted reviews on Facebook and are deleting comments so people don’t see how bad they are.

They also won’t give you a refund, they got your money and then they don’t care.

Ordered and paid £619 for a sign for my new business back in Mid March for a delivery date of the 12th of April. Still no sign, despite being told it’s on its way for several weeks now. They’ve never answered the phone numbers provided and rarely respond to emails. I’ve been told it’s coming next week for the last 4 weeks. So attentive pre-order not so much post payment.

I ordered a sign from Neons as a birthday gift for my partner. Unfortunately due to Brexit there was a delay in getting components from the EU, which meant my sign was not going to arrive in time. When I contacted Neons they agreed to send a replacement out until my sign was made which meant the birthday girl was not disappointed, we also liked the replacement that much that we bought it too. Overall they provide great products and fantastic customer service! I would have no hesitation recommending this company.

Initially a very friendly and responsive company, however that soon changed once I received my sign.

The sign itself is a big sign and I paid a lot for it, which is why I didn't expect it to come with wiring that looked like a child had done it. This made it very difficult to display professionally and cleanly in my studio due to all of the loose wires that felt very delicate and could break at any moment. I contacted to discuss the shoddy execution and asked for a written email rather than a phone call which they suggested. After this I heard nothing back.

I also paid extra for multiple colours to be accessible, the controller feels unbelievably cheap and there are only a few colours to choose from which wasn't what I was expecting for the price either. I have other LED signs and this was by far the most limited in colours and display settings.

The sign itself is good, I'm just disappointed by done and dusted approach towards myself from the company.

Unfortunately I had high expectations for this company but they haven't been able to fulfil my order, yet if ever to be honest, and have been unable to explain the reason for the delay in a manner that gives you confidence that they know what is happening.

I would not recommend them and I would not buy from them again.

I have yet to receive my product, but having paid in full upfront I've lost trust in them.

They've rung me to apologise for their poor comms, for not keeping me informed adequately.

All very polite and courteous. Still very nebulous info as to whether and when I should be receiving the product I've ordered.

They’ve informed me the item should be shipped next Friday 23 April.

Fingers crossed.

Absolutely delighted with my neon sign arrived beautifully packaged design team really helpful .Would highly recommend.

Finally got my sign and it is better than I had dreamed of! Sure, it took a bit longer than expected but so did coming out of lockdown! Communication was great throughout even though the delivery date was moved a few times but hey, I’ve got my sign now and I’m so happy! Thank you neons.co.uk for working through these tough times :) reading some other reviews on here and it’s as if people forget this is a business working during lockdown! Keep up the great work and will order again soon.

Absolutely love my sign! Put it up in my new salon ready for Monday when we can go back to work after lockdown and I’ve had so many compliments already by passers by. Brings the salon to life, very happy.

I ordered a sign which instead of 21-24 days it took 8 weeks to be delivered and I had to chase them few times when it was arrived it was not the colour that I had asked for and there were 2 leads far from discreet. Really awful and so disappointed. Not sure what to do with this

Update: it’s only fair to update, had a call this evening. Very apologetic and explained about supply and Covid issues which I totally understand. I feel reassured if business invest in keeping the customer updated. My order should be here next week.

Order placed mid feb, assured of a four week turnaround. Mid March informed of another two week delay. Received a call about another delay and a promise of a 10% refund from very nice salesperson who explained the delays. Chased my order yesterday via all means and had a few vague replies on WhatsApp but no update on order. Sent more WhatsApp today advised I was writing a review, just received a message to say they are in a meeting and will call me back. Still none the wiser on my order so think the bank will have to deal with it from here as I don’t see my order being fulfilled anytime soon. I get there are issues with supplies etc but customer service responses to advise and update customers go a long way and definitely help to maintain a good relationship with customers.

Complete joke of a company still waiting for my order 2 months after order was placed. Have chased up 5 times and been promised delivery/shipping date after date and as always they come and go. As in other reviews waiting for 10% discount which was never returned and now not replying to emails so guess I'll be getting the credit card company to chase them up as now phone number also not working.
Find somewhere more reliable as just been stressful and not worth the hassle.
Was also a birthday present maybe get it for their next birthday if I'm lucky.

Worth every penny, use the sign for podcasting and video content - makes all the difference in the world. Customer service was sooooo friendly

Got a neon as a present to sister during this gloomy pandemic and it really has made her birthday!

Was a little delayed but was kept informed and grateful for the efforts to make it happen, especially before the birthday

We went for the glass neon upgrade and do not feel disappointed!

It looks so amazing and has lifted our home and spirits to a newer level!

Shocking customer service.... ordered a sign at the beginning of February and still not received it. Zero contact and it seems zero f***s given... Promised delivery at several different points only to have to chase it ourselves and given some bull***t excuse... avoid this company if you want a Neon sign... very frustrating to deal with... guessing this review will get the standard response copy and pasted that the other 2 bad reviews have had... or maybe they might actually respond to our emails and deal with the issue.... not holding our breath....
