I placed an order for a neonsign. After some time, the company told me that they hadnt recived my payment. This happend even though my bank confirmed the payment. After one month of waiting i recived my product only to find out, that it was defect and did not work. They did not refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Do not order from this company
Do not order from this company! I ordered a sign. It said on the website that it would take about 10 days for the sign to be delivered but I am then told that it will be 18 days. A month and a half goes by and I still haven’t received anything. I’ve written severel emails to them asking when it is arriving and get told it is in transit. I then contact them and ask for a refund and they reply saying that the item has been sent back because the adress was incorrect - this is a lie! I am currently struggling with getting a refund from them but I doubt I will get one.
So I can’t stress it enough, do not buy anything from that company!
