I created an account on Wednesday at 8pm april 29th 2026 and im still being told that my account needs to be verified for me to use the money i put in with vouchers when I try to contact support or upgrade my account as it ask me to do so I can use my funds it keeps going to no internet connection so this is the worst payment system I've ever use and will never recommend anyone to use it actually im going to tell people how bad of a scam it is the customer service can only be reach by messages and says and agent will be contacting you with 24 hours via email its been 5 days still no messages no email nothing there id no customer service its garbage and fake

Have been using nerosurf for sum time without to many hiccups that's was until yesterday.. purchased my voucher as usual for the same online gaming site been using for many years to discover the nerosurf have removed the option for payments, soon discovered was the same on all gaming sites. Spoke to customer service from Web site I was tryn to for them to tell me that voucher can not be used as nerosurf are having issues with site and there system, was told try again cpl hrs should be soughted.. well 24hrs later still not soughted! Emailed Neosurf customer service/communication and well lets just say its absolutely appalling, took sending 4 emails to actually get one to go thru and then basically just got a generic reply, and they just brushed it and never addressed anything i wrote instead just suggested to read the help section for issues with voucher code. And I should have confirmed before I purchased that it was able to use on the certain website i brought it for.. after another 2 new emails sent clearly stating what the actual issue/s were and allso if thhey had any idea on when they will have the issue fixed and the system up and running again.. and tbey ignored all of it both times. nerosurf shouldn't have been allowing purchases to be made knowing to well the system was and vouchers can't be used!!! Or atleast had a notification or something to make aware of the issues and it affecting being able to use the vouchers!!! Guess I can kiss that $100 good by. 😡🤯🤬 JUST BE CAUTIOUS IF PURCHASING AND CHECK FIRST ON THE WEB SITE ITS FOR IF NEROSURF IS STILL A OPTION.

This company is an absolute joke

This company is an absolute joke. I seriously don’t understand how Neosurf is still operating at this point. You’ve managed to turn a simple voucher service into a complete nightmare.

The verification process is beyond terrible. It took me THREE DAYS just to get verified, which is ridiculous for something that should take minutes. And after finally dealing with that mess, I used around 200 EUR through my account, only for it to suddenly get blocked for no clear reason. That’s not just bad service that’s completely unacceptable and suspicious.

There is no real support, no clear explanations, nothing. It honestly feels like your system is designed to trap users and create problems instead of solving them. Situations like this make your company look incredibly shady.

And have you actually looked at your Trustpilot rating? Around 1.3 that’s not “a few unhappy users,” that’s a massive red flag. People clearly have the same terrible experience over and over again, and you still act like everything is fine. Instead of wasting time promoting yourselves at exhibitions, maybe fix your broken service first.

Your website doesn’t help either it’s slow, outdated, and looks untrustworthy. Nothing about it gives confidence.

From today on, I’m done with this garbage service. I’ll be using Paysafecard instead at least they don’t randomly block accounts and actually function like a normal company.

Don’t even bother replying. I don’t care what excuses you come up with.

I sent my documents on March 15

I sent my documents on March 15, They were denied on March 16 asking for a new selfie. I sent it that day and i haven't been verified or given any information about it. Its been 3 weeks. their verification process are useless. Their support dont answer (00526075). Neossurf vouchers are supouse to be anonymous but they ask for ID just to pay 25€. I already have my 100€ card and i can't use it anywhere. Neosurf and throwing your money to the trash is the same

EDIT: They reply saying my ID check failed but on the site my KYC request is still on pending. They don't know their system is broken or they simply don't care

Ho inviato tutti i documenti richiesti e, dopo ben 72 ore, non ho ancora ricevuto alcuna risposta. Trovo questo comportamento estremamente poco professionale e frustrante. Quando si richiedono documenti importanti, ci si aspetta almeno un minimo di comunicazione o un aggiornamento sui tempi di elaborazione. Il silenzio totale dimostra una mancanza di rispetto verso il cliente. Servizio decisamente deludente, non lo consiglierei.

Ho caricato tutti i documenti, ma il mio account non è ancora stato attivato. Ho letto numerose recensioni negative riguardo a problemi simili e, se non riuscirò a usare il credito già caricato, sarò costretto a presentare un reclamo all’AGCOM (Autorità per le Garanzie nelle Comunicazioni).

Inoltre, mi riservo il diritto di contattare altre autorità competenti, tra cui il Centro Europeo Consumatori (ECC Italia) e l’agenzia per la protezione dei consumatori del Paese in cui ha sede la vostra azienda. Potrei anche richiedere un chargeback tramite la mia banca, se necessario.

I am writing to report a serious issue regarding the usability of Neosurf vouchers in Italy.

I have found that it is currently no longer possible to use your vouchers on any website accessible from Italy, as no platforms appear to accept this payment method for Italian users.

Considering that your products are still being sold, this situation is highly problematic and misleading for consumers, who are unable to use what they have purchased.

For this reason, earlier today I went to the Guardia di Finanza to file a formal report regarding this issue, in order to protect my rights as a consumer.

I would also like to point out that I have already requested a refund following your procedures; however, the waiting times are extremely long. In addition to the inconvenience, this results in a financial loss on my side due to the withdrawal fees applied.

Finally, I inform you that I have also contacted the retailer who sold me the voucher, and they have confirmed that they will also be filing a formal complaint.

I look forward to your urgent response and clarification regarding this matter.

Froze Account For No Reason, No Customer Support

They froze my account without giving me any explanation. I now have €38 worth of funds on my account that I cannot access, spend or withdraw.

They told me to email their support center which I have now done 4x in the space of three weeks. I have still received zero response.

This is unacceptable and bordering on theft.

They frozen my account for nothing

They frozen my account for nothing, i do all verification things. Even my bank details copy of everything including identity card. When i ask for withdrawal they decline it for safety issues. I just want my money from my account to my bank , how difficult can that be if the complete verification is done and they send its succesfull

Update: you can reacting here on Trustpilot but you guys ingnore all emails i send already. Its a joke how you play a game with customers

You should have told me before i bought it?!?! Then i made a complaint ticket . After 3 or 4 mails they finally hade all the evidence and were going to investigate?!?!
