An analysis of user reviews reveals a clear and recurring pattern: funds are being withheld, procedures are repeatedly delayed, and in practice, users are unable to withdraw their money. With over 2,600 negative reviews, it is difficult to treat this as isolated incidents — all indications point to a systemic problem.

Under these circumstances, a natural and justified step is the consideration of a class action lawsuit, not only against Neosurf itself, but also against distribution partners that continue to offer this product to their customers, including:
G2A, Kinguin, K4G, Eneba, Dundle, Avans, Recharge, Allegro, Media Expert.

It is difficult to understand how a product facing such a large number of documented complaints regarding blocked funds can still be actively sold by well-established companies. These are organizations that are too large and too aware of reputational risks to ignore signals suggesting potential irregularities.

In the absence of a real, individual, and substantive response from Neosurf, the next step will be coordinated reporting of these issues directly to distribution partners, supported by documented cases and references to other affected users’ reviews. Such reports typically trigger legal and compliance procedures within large organizations and constitute a standard consumer protection mechanism — not a form of pressure.

At this stage, I am actively seeking other affected users to coordinate further actions. Given the scale of the issue, it is only a matter of time before this matter attracts broader attention — including from Neosurf’s business partners, for whom responding to such signals is a standard element of responsible corporate conduct.

I used neosurf many times before but…

I used neosurf many times before but starting around November 2025 nothing but problems. No sms ever received to verify and spend my funds.
Support is horrible and doesn’t address any problems.
Finally I got it to work somehow 12 days later. Now a couple weeks later I decided to give neosurf a try again so I bought a ticket only to find out it’s not supported in Canada anymore. Why are they selling neosurf Canada codes still if they don’t support it.

Same as most people that gave reviews…

Same as most people that gave reviews here, bought a $10 Neosurf voucher online, which should be usable right away without providing anything else whatsoever to anyone, but when I tried to use it didn’t work. Message said that I need myNeosurf account to use it, which already stopped making sense from there. Then the ridiculousness just kept going, after registering for their online account, message said myNeosurf premium account is required. At this point, they’ve already lost me as customer but I was just curious so I kept going. I opted in for premium account, which is actually id verification, which I wouldn’t do unless it’s for a bank or government application. I wouldn’t even do it for prepaid credit card companies, let alone for voucher/giftcard company.

It’s ridiculous. They have no business forcing people to register for their online account to begin with, and then to do id verification too, not even to purchase, but only to use vouchers that are already paid for lol.

Anyway it’s kind of obvious that it’s just a pathetic and desperate attempt to scam money off people before shutting down their business, as for sure they’re aware they will lose customers over this.

If you try finishing through it doesn’t really work, i’ve heard and read. You’d be able to register for myNeosurf yes, but the id verification never works. And I know for facts in 2 occasions, people with id verified myNeosurf accounts still got prompted to “submit updated documents” when they tried using vouchers, but both didn’t bother doing anymore from there..

Major Inconsistency in ID Verification: Spanish DNI vs. Luxembourg ID (Tickets: 00505953 & 00505952)

As a new user, I am extremely disappointed with the account verification process. My account remains on "Basic" status, despite successfully uploading my Spanish DNI ID (44799891P) for review only one hour ago.
​The Problem: My cousin, who recommended your service, had his account approved instantly using his Luxembourg ID. The fact that a Spanish National ID holder is flagged for a slow manual review while a Luxembourg ID holder receives instant approval suggests an unacceptable inconsistency in your verification protocols based on nationality or region.
​This delay is a significant financial roadblock, preventing me from using the €200 in vouchers I purchased.
​I require an immediate, high-level review of my uploaded document to authorize and upgrade my account.

This company has the worst customer…

This company has the worst customer service. It’s been 4 days and I e heard nothing back on the $150 being held captive in a mine surf account. It was accidents deposited into it by me when I was trying to use a gambling site. Now I can get access to my money because I’m not getting a verification code that is supposed to be sent to my phone. I emailed customer service and two days later I get an email telling me to see if my phone number is correct.. duh obviously that would be the thing I checked first. No response again it’s been 2 more days so I tried to withdrawal it to my bank account abd surprise surprise my void check bank statement was denied. The statement clearly says my name my address and my account numbers. So I tried again and still nothing. I wanted to change my bank on there but there is no way to cancel the pending transaction that nobody is in any hurry to check for me! I sent about 10 emails in 4 days abd only one sentence response. If you read the fine print you can’t dispute it after 7 days so no wonder why they taking their time. I feel like this is a fraudulent and not user friendly website. To be deposited into my bank account, I sent them exactly what they asked for the original copy of my bank statement. It got denied. I still haven’t heard any correspondence back from them. I’ve sent email after email and getting nothing so do not use this company. don’t use my Neo so the vouchers work but if you put it into this account it won’t come back and you won’t be able to get it out because they’re verification system does not work so I they’re not giving me a code so I can use it on a website.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever! Bought myself a voucher to gamble friday, and i am a premium user and have been using for at least a couple years, they suddenly wanyed phone verification, sucks i forgpt to change it because been day 4 waiting and i am sure it be many more with that support. I sent in a pdf of screenshot of my account with koodo. As it is a prepaid account this is no monthly bill, so accept it or close my account, there are many, many other wallets with much less hassle available.

Ya they replied with same answer they gave me before i explained that koodo prepaid does not give me a bill, but i did submit my account info in pdf from koodo but nope not good enuogh for them. I give up because i sure as hell am not giving more than that for anonymous wallet haha,not! They suck cost me $30 they can keep cause im not waisting a minute more fighting with a second rate wallet!! Again STAY AWAY from this 1. Lots of alternatives that value customer service.
