Stay away

Started out at eBay and ended up at law enforcement and bank. It was the classic bait and switch number. After the troubles began (quickly) I somehow bought a different saw which I never did. Bank said to drop eBay after another prior incident. Law enforcement said the same with increased problems. eBay had the same run-around-the-issue routine. I had enough of the fake support and endless demands for a video over simple questions. I send a copy of purchase and do forth.
Neo Tec might have a big plant no photo could be found and no mailing address. EBay staff was lost and Neo Tec phone contact was mostly recorded messages.
Stay away.

Customer service is horrible no phone…

Customer service is horrible no phone number or office to be in contact with yes after several days my email was answerd product listing wasn’t good either shipping is not as advertised 3 to 5 buissnes days is more like 2 to 3 weeks iam still waiting on a order from the middle of February here it is March 10 when they did contact me through email it was professional I will say that but it’s false advertising for the shipping 3 to 5 days expedient shipping it’is not snail mail
