Great Customer Experience
Website was easy to use and getting the quote and policy was straightforward. There was a minor glitch where my property was mapped to the wrong location. But the customer service team reached out immediately, explained the issue, requoted the policy, and taught me so much about insurance in doing so. Appreciated the patience, professionalism and overall great customer service from Kyle!

I need to get flood insurance and your quote was $2326.80. In the reviews everyone was talking about prices under $1,000. I would like to know why. My house is just a 1 story masanary house.
