We had Liberty Mutual insurance for everything. Our house had to have flood insurance so I had liberty mutual and they quoted Almost $4,000 a year and that’s above our home owner’s insurance that we were already paying. I asked our neighbor we they had it through and they recommended Neptune. I looked them up online and got a quote and it was below $700. I was shocked. I would recommend Neptune to everyone.

Deceptive Fee Structure After 1-Year Renewal
Neptunes premium charges are deceptive. After the first year, you will be charged a $150 policy fee (which is odd, because there is no administrative cost for your auto-renewal). This fee is also considered to be ‘earned’ at the time of renewal; if you switch to a different provider without this fee, it will not be refunded as is required for the remaining premium. I don’t mind paying for quality services, but I mistrust companies that use disingenuous fee structures to pad their margins without delivering value in return.

Neptune Flood Insurance was able to get a cheaper rate than my FIMA coverage.
Neptune Flood Insurance was able to get me a lower rate by more than half my previous cost. The only weird thing is that my insurance would have been even cheaper if I had a two story house with a walkout basement vs mine which is a one story with a walkout basement.

We paid our bill and got yet another bill and this looks like you're trying to get more money out of us for nothing!! You also need to lower your cost of our policy back to what we paid for it to begin with!!! EVERYTHING is just a rip-off!!!!

Please know our payment reminders are sent out to make sure there is no lapse in coverage. If a double payment were received, we would process a refund.

It was easy and affordable. When a mistake by the system was realized the next morning, Neptune called me and offered me an even lower rate. I converted the lower rate into more coverage with a similar premium.
