9am fire alarm maintenance and unprofessional staff
If you see a place run by Neptune homes, sorry, keep looking.
Was regularly woken by a fire alarm at around 9am… The team are so unprofessional and seemingly ignorant of law.
Would recommend steering clear of Neptune homes agents and I will be moving out of here asap.
Update 2024 -
I did indeed move out in September, after a staff member from Neptune homes threatened me. Weekly 9am wake ups and clueless staff, I could tolerate, but abuse, I cannot…

Dear Arran, This is quite unfortunate to read your review. The fire alarm test was carried out weekly in the communal arears to ensure all tenants safety. The engineer always knocked on the door of every tenant before starting the test. The fire alarm testing continues till date without any objection from any residents as they are aware of the routine. However, I need to remind you of few unpleasant encounters where you fought with the cleaner, thrashed the communal kitchen, always refusing to own up to all damages done to communal areas by your friends and yourselves. We still have record of your abusive text messages to our office. The list goes on. Moreso, despite you comment above, you stayed in the property for another 8 months, this clearly shows you enjoyed all amnesties for a long period of time despite the non factual comment above. Wishing you all the best!

Unreliable and lazy money grabbers
Unreliable and lazy money grabbers! Neptune homes have been absent and inactive from the start! Due to receiving no response from them regarding complaints with mould (causing a tenant to get ill) and broken appliances, I feel I have no choice but to write this in a review to hopefully get a response from this agency. These agents do NOT care about the well being of others but are purely money grabbers. This agency is small so have no excuse to not look after their tenants. Shame on you!

All maintenance were always dealt with in time and we dont have any record of you raising the complaint on any unattended maintenance. JUST HIGHLIGHTING... Hi Deniz, First of all, just you are not renting form us. We have the whole trail of messages of your harrassments to us. Our tenants living next door to you have been living at the property for a minimum of 2-3 years and once they move they still rent from us. As you told us, your own landlord are refusing to do any work in their property for you. Hence finding it easier to harass and threaten others in the hope to get your work done. Just a reminder as a goodwill gesture, we even got your fences changed at our cost, the same fences which is your landlord's responsibility and they refused to do so for you. Our contractors whenever visited, reported back that you constantly harassed them with all sorts of name callings/ you would gather other neighbours around to intimidate them and refusing to cooperate whenever needed. Freedom of speech doesn't mean stating false accusations anywhere and anytime you want. If your landlord is refusing to carry out work in their own property, we believe it explains it all!

This is not a professional company thay are failing to matain propertys that thay rent on behalf of landlords leaving the property to fall in to disrepair .. and leaving a awful smell which is affecting other neighbours helth and wellbeing belived to be severe drainage issues... Neptune has disgusting communication and the manner when u do get a response is so rude .. # tenants have rights 😤 next step is to contact national papers if this company will not deal with issues thay take rent so thay should matain property's I'd go as far to say thay are in breach of contract . The smell we had to put up with when visiting family was un real and I had to keep my child with disability in side with windows closed at all times shame on you as a company

Hi Kelly, first of all you are not our tenant or landlord, neither have you ever contacted us. You only posted the review by following your friend/neighbour who is also not our tenant nor landlord, but is habituated to threaten and harrass others in the hope to get her work done as her own landlord refuses to carry out work for her!
Drains often get blocked with dry leaves, which takes few minutes to clear! This doesn't only happen in our property, it happens everywhere!!!
Just a word of advice, it doesn't mean if few people get together to tell the same lie, it will turn into truth!!

Many business are hit with fake reviews like this and first thing you do is call everybody else fake.
Rented a studio
I rented a studio from them in London which was in excellent condition. The atmosphere in the building was great and I had good relations with the other tenants in the block. The staff I dealt with at Neptune Homes were professional and friendly and I have recommended them to prospective tenants.
