I have played on this site for a few months now, never had any trouble depositing or withdrawing until 8 days ago when I won £6000. I requested to withdraw this. Knowing it’s a large amount I expected to wait longer than previous withdrawals but it’s now been 8 days and considering their terms say 48hours to check a withdrawal I think it’s disgusting. I have been on live chat everyday to ask where my withdrawal is and they’re like robots and repeat the same thing ‘wait for an email’ then they told me there is a technical fault and to just wait for an email. I think it’s disgusting that they can do this. The fact there is no way to speak with someone directly is also disgusting. I don’t think I’m going to ever get my withdrawal but I am taking this to the gambling commission and IBAS as this is so wrong what they’re doing. It’s a shame it’s come to this as had this not happened I would have said the casino was great.

Been waiting for someone to get back to me to send me my withdrawal but no one has replied I’ve sent a number of emails and contacted them on live chat and all they say is wait for a email off the relevant department but they aren’t getting back to me. Now my money is stuck in my account and no one is helping. So if it’s not sorted out by this week I will have to ask gambling commission to investigate

I’ve played on so many casinos and I have to say this is one of the fairest casinos I’ve ever played on. They gave me 20 free spins and I won £100 I did have to wager it but ended up withdrawing 500 of a tenner! I’ve played most days since signing up and it’s literally been win one day loose the next instead off loose loose loose. Had £985 of a pound spin on Friday I put in 200. Unfortunately I have to agree with the negative reports about thissite I joined out of curiosity and made a deposit with which I won but guess what no money or contact from support after three emails. Just a joke of a site so dont waste your hard earned money.

In my round my first spin was. Grand prize and the second was a cash generator great double the money.

My total win was £1089.00 then the game crashed and all Iwas left with was £89 and on the chat they said it was a glitch in the game

Truly Awful. This is not hyperbole nor exaggeration. They are genuinely the single worst online casino I've ever experienced. The customer service is staggeringly awful. I sat watching a movie with live chat on and not a peep from them.

Update! I was offered a refund on my deposits...was only a fraction of what I had placed but excepted as I can't cope with the stress anymore, anyway emailed, agreed to what they offered, sent personal details yet again...heard nothing from them so went on live chat and been waiting for almost 2 hours for a reply to find out what's going on with my refund! Totally at the end of my tether. Still on live chat waiting for a reply! Will update when I get a response. 3 hours later still no response...update had a response and told non of my documents were uploaded to my account!
