I requested a withdrawal of £300 last Wednesday and am still yet to receive it, each live chat agent tells me a different thing, the most recent one told me it was paid on 28/02/2025 and it must be my bank having issues(it isn’t) seriously disappointed

Edit: I can confirm I have now received this (05/03/2025) site is legit and had jordan from customer service help me-think the issue here lies in lack of visibility of where your withdrawal is and payment dates

They took my money and after days of trying to get it back and the lies from them it appeared on my account so I withdrew it then after 48 hours received an email to say they can’t return it to my Starling account as apparently can’t do wire transfers even tho my bank accepts them. Now not responding to my emails and seems like it’s been blocked. I’m taking this further as can see it’s happening to everyone what a fraud

Do not use this site I deposited money. Something went wrong and now it won’t let me log back on and I can’t get my money back.

Please don’t ever use this casino. I have use multiple casinos and betting apps to play slots over the past 6 years, never have I ever had such a bad return. I have deposited over £1k on this casino and the highest paying return on a slots bonus was £8. I understand slots based on luck, however , surely with depositing over 1k, you would think a bonus would pay more than £8.

Fraud website

I signed up and was excited to play at NeptunePlay, so signed up as part of their bet £10 get £10 free bet on sports.

After I had placed my bet, and it had lost, I received an email saying my account had been barred from getting any bonuses, so I would not be getting the free bet that I had been entitled to get when I signed up and bet.

Really dodgy in my opinion

I joined this site has a new member today. I deposited 20 pounds and it never appeared on my account using Trustly? (I am waiting to see if funds return to my account has not yet showing on statement)

I then deposited 25 pounds which showed and went to play 777 Deluxe. The entire game was plagued with internal server errors throwing me out of the game and the reels kept turning and not providing satisfactory game play.

I spoke on live chat with Leon who after my explaining what happened asked for screenshots of the errrors? How can you provide screenshots after the fact?

I have informed Neptune Play I am writing this review so there is no need to accept any challenge to my post I have screenshots of entire conversation.

I also never recieved my bonus for being a new member which normally is applied when signing up!

New to Neptune play and already very concerned I’ve stumbled on a con casino site , I played £200 through Apple Pay no problem taking the money from me , I win £265 I try to withdraw declined , please load all documents done tried to withdraw declined need a bank statement with IBAN on it , so sent them my driving licence, my utility bill , a screen shot of my bank with account details with my IBAN number on it but as my name doesn’t show it can’t be mine lol , sent my debt card front and back still not enough . Happy to process someone’s money when depositing off Apple Pay but when they win a tiny £65 back oooo no we need proof your not who you say you are I mean I can’t give them any more ID if I tried it’s like I’m asking to enter the White House . Still now 4 days later declined when I try to withdraw . Be Aware of this site I’ve contacted my bank now as a fraudulent dispute in game play on line as I won fair and square played no bonus no wagers nothing it should have been a instant withdraw at that sort of amount .

Was going well until this site stole my money and blocked my account from any contact. They double charged a 60GBP deposit and told me to speak to my bank and then disabled my account.
