The guy AMAZING JAY

I am still not be able to install the…

I am still not be able to install the SW I bought three weeks ago. Very bad connection link. Also, it is a very lengthy and complicated instruction steps.

Windows 11 pro activation resolution

I bought windows 11 pro license and I had an issue with the activation.

Very Responsive and Helpful

I had a great experience with this company. I bought two software products from Nerdused in November. Had trouble getting into my Microsoft account. Emailed the company and Jay was very helpful. Thanks to him, my MacBook was up and running with new software in no time. However, it took me 5 months before I got around to attempting to activate and instal the second software product onto a second laptop. We encountered some difficulty. Jay to the rescue once again. He wasted no time in getting us squared away with a new product key and instructions. All companies should be this responsive and helpful. Thanks, Jay!!!

Championing Customer Service (Bea)

Bea is the definition of a true professional customer agent. I was a bit upset because I followed the instructions and I wasn't getting to where I needed to be. She used her attentive listening skills and asked for a screenshot. As soon as she received it, she started to explain to me what the issue was. In the end, even though Bea was not required to help me, she still did it. Bea is a champ.

I purchased a package of 3 Microsoft…

I purchased a package of 3 Microsoft Office tools. I bought it about two years ago. Today, I sent an email asking for help. Within 15 minutes I received a reply and I successfully activated the license. Very satisfied with the product and customer service. Nice to find someone trustworthy on the internet.

The rep called Justine from Nerdused…

The rep called Justine from Nerdused was very helpful and patient to respond to all my questions before and after the purchase! She helped me to understand what was included in the Office package and also helped me to navigate through the installation process. So I'm giving 10 out of 10 for the customer service!
