Very Responsive and Helpful
I had a great experience with this company. I bought two software products from Nerdused in November. Had trouble getting into my Microsoft account. Emailed the company and Jay was very helpful. Thanks to him, my MacBook was up and running with new software in no time. However, it took me 5 months before I got around to attempting to activate and instal the second software product onto a second laptop. We encountered some difficulty. Jay to the rescue once again. Championing Customer Service (Bea)
Bea is the definition of a true professional customer agent. I was a bit upset because I followed the instructions and I wasn't getting to where I needed to be. She used her attentive listening skills and asked for a screenshot. As soon as she received it, she started to explain to me what the issue was.
