Bought Nereos Zeros in July 2026…

Bought Nereos Zeros in July 2026 online, paid in full $899. The mistake on my end is i did not do my research on this company prior to buying.

On the website it says a representative will confirm installation date within 3 working days. Waited untill September no one get back to us. Massage the sales manager, only to be told he is not incharge of the installation date and gave 2 other different numbers. Fine, i texted and called, no one answered. wait about a week. Still no one replied.

Finally after about 1 and half week, a girl name Shermaine texted, all friendly and bubbly, apologizing saying their office is down from a flu bug. Ok fine, manage to secure an installation date on 9th October 2026. Temporary relief.

Mid September, texted her again to enquire about false ceiling mount. She went quiet. My wife did some simple googling and to our surprise, it already had 47case complaints, tons of reviews and feedbacks on tiktok, facebook, reddit, threads etc. by then we knew, theyre not going to honor the purchase.

Drop them another few couple of emails, called the girl everyday, no one answered or replied.

Come October 8, a person named Regine texted.

''Regine here from Nereos. Sorry to inform you but I need to reschedule your installation.

Pls refer to the available dates of installation

26 Nov. to 30 November.

Sorry to inform but I need to reschedule your installation.
Timelots
Morning 9am to 1pm
Afternoon 2pm to 6pm

Pls let me know ur preferred date and time so I can slot you in.

Thank you🙏''

So we rejected the rescheduling and ask for a refund. As usual, after every text, the person died and unable to respond.

Its the last ever text before her last dying breath. Tragic.

So, do your research before buying. Pay through credit card so youre able to dispute it later or do minimum deposit.

Chances are if you already bought any item recently youre gonna face problem like me. Where you are going to recieve a dying man or woman last text.

Oh btw theyre still on tiktok live blocking every negative comments. Trying to scam their way for your hard earn money. I hope theyre all diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and die early. Toodles.

Very disappointing after-sales service.

Very disappointing after-sales service.

I first reported an issue with my remote control on 18 July 2026. Since then, I have followed up every month and received the same explanation about shipment delays, with assurances that they would update me. Nearly three months later, the issue remains unresolved, with no clear timeline.

I followed up again on 28 September and, as of 1 October, have still received no response.

I understand that shipment delays can happen, but repeated delays and a lack of follow-up are unacceptable. I expect Nereos to respond and provide a definite date to resolve the remote control issue.

I bought the Nereos laundry system 1…

I bought the Nereos laundry system 1 year ago. The remote control spoilt within 6 months. Managed to get it repaired, but it spoilt again after 3 months. I tried to contact the service centre a few times, and they told to go to their office for repair. I went down to the office and the door was locked. I called and messaged the service centre several times and no response.
1 week later the service centre suddenly replied my Whatsapp msg. When I asked when I could go to their office to repair my remote control, he stopped responding to my msg again.
I also Whatsapped these nos. 97886569 / 88063831 several times to ask if I can purchase a new remote control, no one replied to my message. This is very very frustrating.

Does not deliver, no after-sales service

Ordered a laundry rack at the Suntec Smart Home Expo in May. Delivery delayed repeatedly with no reason given and no updated delivery date. Requests for refund are ignored.

Numerous customers are similarly stranded, as seen on Google Reviews. Have initiated legal action.

For other aggrieved customers, their company details are: Kyson SG Appliances Pte Ltd, UEN 202421207C. Do what you must.
