I was buying a suitcase for my Granddaughter for her birthday and emailed for some advice , Ryan dealt with my query so quickly and efficiently , he was so lovely with his help and advice .

Update
I bought three cases of various sizes and received just one of the small ones in the wrong colour. There is no telephone number to contact this compan. However I found a correct email address and have emailed.
The correspondence could be quicker when there is a problem. However Ryan has eventually sorted everything out and I’m happy to say that I have actually received the suitcases finally and I’m very very happy with them. Beautiful colour really lovely luggage!

Venture Dual Opening case, a superb suitcase
A superb suitcase, we purchased the medium Venture dual opening case. The dual opening is such a bonus having just used it for the first time on a trip to London by train.
The quality of the case is very good and the wheels make it a delight to move.
Good capacity for 3 nights away.

Great travelling lightweight bag
Bag arrived very quickly and is really lovely. Bought this as a cabin bag for long trips but used it for a weekend break for all the last minute bits and pieces. Bought the grey which is a great colour. Has enough pockets and is very useful. Maybe a bit bigger than I envisaged but very lightweight which is so important

Different zipper compartments
Happy with my item bag is great it has so many different pockets. two outside and three inside There was a pocket I didn’t even realise that was there. I’m not sure about the lining of the material I dude the bag, doesn’t seem that great but let’s see. I love the pockets. I’m not a big fan of the writing on the strap But everyone has different taste. Item arrived quickly and the return portal was also easy.
