Absolutely brilliant experience
Absolutely brilliant experience, love the product, from machine to coffee 🙏 there’s no other coffee in the world that I love the most as Nespresso. Especially more after knowing it’s all organic coffees.
Amazing at replacing the machine as well when it broke, or say some people are atleast very helpful at your CS and some are just very good at complicating a simple thing. Perhaps record the phone CS so you know what are they doin and why it takes long to sort out a customer service etc.?
The one problem actually I have is with your delivery company…
Most often when they fudge up the delivery, their’s no way to track or hold them countable or including Nespresso no one takes the responsibility or have a clue where is the delivery order has disappeared, which stage it’s at, the worst one is, there’s no time of the day delivery option.

Has tried 9 times to get the free offer for 100 capsules. So many steps.....customer service not able to help (when finally responding) picture of purchase receipt not accepted (twice!), not able to change country when joining club etc....
Ordered pirate capsules instead at kaffekapslen.no. Excellent coffee and fast delivery. Price cheaper. Simple choice😊
