It went really bad,the site didn’t work for on line orders for over 2 weeks plus give me 10 didn’t work as well
Parcel went missing. The only contact is a bot on WhatsApp. Absolutely disgusting. I was buying quite often now have to consider changing brand.

I encountered payment issues with both of my orders. I contacted customer service and was told that the orders were actually unpaid even though they had been confirmed. I received both email and website confirmations for the orders, but there was no indication that the payment had failed, other than the absence of a payment notification from my bank. I was later informed that the orders would be automatically cancelled.
The problem was that I was unable to manually complete the payment afterwards, and customer service also said they could not cancel the orders directly from their side. I was advised to place the order again, but unfortunately the items I had ordered were the last units available, which meant I could not reorder them.
This was very frustrating because the system confirmed my orders without clearly notifying me that the payment had not gone through. By the time the issue became clear, the items were already unavailable. I hope the payment system can be improved so that customers are immediately informed if a payment fails, which would help prevent situations like this in the future.

Very disappointing first experience with the quality of Pepe Jeans.
I purchased a pair of Hatch jeans in summer 2025. After only about six months of very normal use — roughly once a week to the office — the jeans have already started ripping and will likely be unusable after a few more wears. This is by far the worst durability I have ever experienced with a pair of jeans.
I contacted customer service, but my claim was rejected. I was told that because the purchase was over six months ago, the fault should have appeared immediately and that the issue is likely due to “excessive use.” Wearing jeans once a week to the office is hardly excessive.
I bought Pepe Jeans because of their reputation as a proper jeans maker and because I had heard they manufacture jeans for other brands such as Hackett, which in my experience are very durable. Unfortunately, this pair lasted barely half a year.
Nice design, but extremely poor quality and disappointing customer service.

Sharing my worst experience to others
Extremely disappointing experience with Pepe Jeans.
I purchased a pair of jeans online from Pepe Jeans expecting the quality that the brand is known for. However, the jeans tore after wearing them only once and that too without even washing them.
When I raised a complaint with customer care and shared the photos and invoice, the company simply responded that the damage occurred due to “usage and handling” and not due to a manufacturing defect. This explanation is extremely difficult to accept when the product failed after just a single wear.
What is even more disappointing is the lack of customer support. Despite being a loyal customer of the brand, my request for a replacement or refund was rejected citing company policy.
A reputed brand should stand by the quality of its products and address genuine customer concerns instead of dismissing them.
I hope Pepe Jeans reviews such cases more responsibly in the future, because experiences like this seriously damage customer trust in the brand.
Worst service. They donot have proper logistics service for exchange of products. Simply cheating the public.
