OMG ! Customer service ? What service ? It took 20 mins for them to spell my email correctly !! Sorry but please please review your recorded calls for training purposes !!!!! HELP !
The coffee pods are great but my gosh I may revert to coffee granules again at this rate if I have to go through this system once more .....

Coffee's are always great and arrive on time.
But the last two Amazon deliverys have been awfull, first box looked like it had been opened, this month box is badly damaged luckily coffee's are undamged.

I have had difficulty with links emailed to update payment and to update my free sleeve preference. I had to physically visit a Nespresso store twice and the issues still weren't resolved. I was told I would receive new email links. New links still failed to complete the action so I tried live chat. This service was also unproductive and a waste of time. I tried phoning and the assistant on the phone couldn't change my sleeve of choice: said it wasnt possible. She also seems to have now removed my £10 discount, that was on my account for my next 4 orders! Abysmal customer service. Now I have lost my benefits, have no coffee and no solutions and a huge waste of several hours of my time. Too many different and confusing offers and subscriptions: so many that the employees appear to not know which one ia which. Simplify please, Nespresso!

Love the coffee and fast delivery but as others have mentioned - the delivery is left on the doorstep in full view and always damaged with boxes missing ! This is the 3 rd time this gas happened!

Found the web site easy to use with a good selection of coffee available. The stock alternatives is a good idea however yet to sample those coffees to see if they are a true alternative to out of stock items.

Easy to order. Delivery is much faster using Amazon. Love the coffee. You forgot to put my recycling bag in the box but will order it again next time.

The problem I have encountered is I could only purchase pods online. They should be more widely available and a tad cheaper

We drink a lot coffee in our household and we love our Nespresso machine . Makes the best coffee and the deliveries are normally next day !
Highly recommend.

Generally the quality of the coffee is outstanding. Recently the prices must have gone up as the amount of the pods ordered is not that high but the quantity has shrunk. The issue remains the recycling which is not as effective as it used to be

Brilliant next day delivery. Very happy with quality of original pods.
But why are so many original pods discontinued? I miss Ethiopa and Peru pods.

Website easy to use, especially the improved link to disposing of/recycling capsules. Turnaround quick and efficient. Very professional.

Coffee is great but online ordering is a pain

I purchased this for machine for my daughter ad a home warming present. She has installed it in her summer house and is throughly enjoying her coffee. Highly recommended.

Been with Nespresso UK for a number of years and never had a bad experience. Just bought the new machine as my previous Vertuo was still perfect, but I was after a more connected and versatile machine. It is just as well designed, came with freebies, and, even after all this time, I have still found another coffee I will be getting again. Just an excellent company. Orders are very speedy and tracking is superb.

Since changing delivery service from DPD to Amazon the service has become poor. DPD were relied on to deliver in a 2 hour time slot. Amazon just keep changing delivery slots numerous time throughout the day, presumably so they can use the fourth time slot to say they delivered on time. Had I known that Nespresso were changing delivery firms I would have thought twice before buying a replacement Nespresso machine.

Love the coffee and service is good with prompt delivery

Another delivery safely arrived on time. Really enjoying the mug size drinks on these autumnal days. Great service, keep it up!
