Hmmm...delivery...
The coffee is good, lots of choices and convenient. The subscription ordering process is a little clunky and not very intuitive. However, the worst is the delivery service with Amazon. Even with explicit instructions they do not knock and/or leave in the safe place, but leave in full view on the doorstep. It is this reason I leave 3 stars. I don't have any issues with Royal mail or DPD.
Coffee pods ok
Coffee pods ok. Delivery dreadful as they are using Amazon now. Told delivery was to be between 11am and 1.30pm. It arrived at 5.30pm. So I waited in a whole day. Trying to get through to Nespresso I waited over 20 minutes. The whole experience left me completely shattered

I'm a very plain coffee drinker...espresso or cortado. The Ristretto capsule in the original machine does the business perfectly.
App and website both have issues, but getting through on the phone is usually easy and effective. Delivery is usually quick and efficient.

Good experience but missing free sample
Recently received my monthly subscription order, delivered with Amazon, which was great. As a subscription user I received my free sleeve of coffee of the month (purchase of over 70 capsules) but disappointingly didn’t receive the sample of ice legera to try😕 Did try and use the live chat to notify Nespresso but didn’t manage to get through on it. Not worth complaining too much about as free sample. Other than that very happy with my selection of vertuo pods.
The DPD delivery was shambolic
The DPD delivery was shambolic. A Play Station DVD arrived in a plastic bag & no details. It is still in my possession as no one has bothered to collect it. A charity shop might be interested. Telephone call was not easy as Call Centre based abroad. Eventually the problem was resolved with delivery to my home rather than local pick up point. Not impressed.

I like the coffee and the easy to book it on line and have it delivered, but the capsules should not be compostable, like Grind, not metal: come on Nespresso, you are a sSwiss company, you should have changed this years ago!
We love the nespresso pods but delivery not up to scratch this time.
We love the nespresso pods and order regularly. Delivery is usually very prompt. This time there was a delay, not a long one, but I left a message to ask the driver to leave the package at the side gate if we weren’t in. Unfortunately it was left in the middle of the drive even though we were home but our doorbell wasn’t used to notify us of the delivery.
We also received two free gifts which was very nice but the glass mug is huge, far too big for pod coffee and no info to say if it is dishwasher or microwave safe. Nice gesture to receive the mug but disappointed it isn’t suitable to use.

The delivery was made to a house still being constructed not even on the correct road. My address and delivery instructions were ignored. I found the parcel by driving around the locality

Unfortunately due to Nespresso choosing…
Unfortunately due to Nespresso choosing to use a courier (Hived) that thinks leaving a box on the front doorstep in plain sight of anyone passing by is considered safe delivery, I'm yet to receive any replacement capsules as by the time we got home after a day enjoying the sunshine the box had disappeared.

Whilst I have no issue with the coffee I do have an issue with the delivery of my latest order. It was delivered by Amazon and the box was a bit bashed but when I opened it all 8 sleeves of pods were either burst open or crushed and pods that were at the top of the sleeves were so badly damaged that they were rendered useless.
I have contacted Nespresso and hopefully replacements will arrive.
